+ -1 moreCall turned out to be unnecessary; I thought the heater was not working properly, but it was my own fault. My complaint is not with the service, but with the invoice I received as a result. I was charged $225.00 for a technician that was here for less than one-half hour. When I called to ask for an explanation, I was told that overtime is charged at 1-1/2 times the normal rate with a two-hour minimum. I was told that I was informed of this prior to the service call, but I was not. Service was mediocre; the bill was outrageous! Never again...
Description of Work: Service call on tankless water heater installed previously by G&R.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. He got our warranty reinstated with the Amana and the second unit failed and got that under warranty. They have been right on top of everything. Reasonable prices. They come right away. They have just been really, really good. He went through everything with my husband and my husband is very handy and knows how to do a lot and knows how things operate and he went through and showed my husband what was right, what was wrong. He is just really good. I just cannot say enough about them. They saved us so much money.

Description of Work: When my aging (29 years old) Central A/C finally needed to be replaced, I decided to get a few prices. I spoke with Joe, who came out to my house. He spent about an hour getting measurements and answering a constant stream of questions - all to my full satisfaction. He provided three quotes (one for my preferred brand), and his quotes were reasonably priced and exactly what I asked for. In the end, I decided to go with another contractor - due mostly to the financing that was available. The financing basically broke a tie between the two contractors.

+ -1 moreTHE GUYS CAME AND I DIDN'T HEAR THEM ALL DAY. THEY REPLACED THE BAD DUCTS AND LEFT THE PLACE SPOTLESS. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK AND WE HAD HEAT AGAIN, GETTING FROM THE HEATER TO THE UPSTAIRS.
