Mike is an expert and assured us everything would go well and it did. The crew were neater and more careful than house painters. I couldn’t believe how quiet, clean, and professional they were. Mike was fabulous. He came to my home several times to go over options and what would be needed to repair the foundation of my home. He and his team were very professional, quick and the cost was more than reasonable. After the repairs were made, I also opted to redo my interior perimeter drainage system that was installed by another company. Again, he and his team took care of everything. It’s been a year since I had mike’s famous waterproofing done. as you know we had an usual amount of rainfall and I’m happy to say I’ve not experienced one drop of water in my basement. Like I said sugar ago. The crew that he uses is quick clean and they know what they’re doing. If you have water problems call them you won’t be disappointed.

My basement has been plagued with foundation issues for quite some time and I had another company install a drainage system that ultimately proved inadequate. Mike and his team corrected the foundation defect and waterproofed the exterior of the front of the house to prevent further defects from forming. They also installed a new interior perimeter drainage system that is far superior to what I had previously installed. After dealing with water and mud intrusion for years, I no longer need to worry about what will happen when it rains. This team was very professional (they put down plastic sheeting everywhere to prevent dust and dirt and cleaned up each day), punctual and were very responsive. And, the price was competitive. Highly recommended! I just used this company again because I wanted to add an extra layer of protection to an area of my basement where the walls are unfinished. I reached out to Mike and as usual, got a response almost immediately. After inspection and discussion, I opted to have a vapor barrier installed in that area. In typical fashion, the crew was punctual, professional, respectful and very neat. And the cost was reasonable. I remain extremely happy with this company and highly recommend it.

We had a separating wall built in a long room to break it up into two bedrooms and also had a doorway installed into the new room.The finished work is fantastic and was completed extremely quickly (less than 2 days). Workers were very friendly and ensured to protect any surfaces necessary (we are replacing the carpets soon so we were not careful there). They made the process very easy for myself and my wife, who usually dread this type of work being done due to the hassle of scheduling. Would definitely recommend them for any of their offered services.
