+ -1 moreHELEN AND HER STAFF ARE GREAT--PROMPT, POLITE, REASONABLY PRICED. THEY CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX THE HEATER, SWITCHES ETC. WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT DURING A COLD SPELL OVER THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY TO REPLACE A SWITCH THAT KEPT MALFUNCTIONING. THEY HAD TO COME OUT TWO DIFFERENT TIMES AS IT WOULD WORK THEN MISFIRE.

+ -1 moreHELENA, THE OWNER, IS ALWAYS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. THEY CALL BEFOREHAND TO SET UP A TIME FOR THE MAINTENANCE. SINCE WE HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICE, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR HEAT PUMP. $110 FOR TWICE A YEAR.
Description of Work: I HAVE AN ONGOING SERVICE CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE TWO TIMES A YEAR ON HEAT PUMP.
