Description of Work: Lots of small jobs needed to be done on older house. Spoke to Dale on the phone and he was professional and responsive. Work got spread out as other critical jobs for Bergey 's after a major storm got in the way and also parts had to ordered or made. Worker was a top notch worker and professional. Lots of hours on small jobs and details over numerous days and months caused hourly labor rate to get very foggy and I thought it was in the total a bit too high, but the work was professionally done and I couldn't say enough about the man sent to do the jobs. I would use them again.

I WANTED A VERY SPECIFIC LOOK FOR MY CEILING FAN & DID EXTENSIVE RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING HERE. I WAS ABLE TO FIND JUST WHAT I WANTED. I WAS ALLOWED TO TAKE HOME SAMPLE FINISHES TO MAKE SURE MY CHOICE WAS RIGHT. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT ORDER WAS DELAYED (DUE TO THE COMPANY THEY ORDERED FROM) & THEN IT WAS THE WRONG FAN...(SALESMAN FAULT). THEY WORKED WITH ME TO GET A DIFFERENT FAN THEN ORIGINALLY CHOSEN (A BETTER CHOICE) & SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE DUE TO AN UPGRADE DUE TO THEIR ERROR. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.

I WENT TO THEIR STORE AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. I PICKED OUT A NEW CEILING FAN WHICH THEY HAD TO ORDER. ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATER THEY CALLED AND HAD IT INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY.

THIS PROPERTY HAD A CRAWL SPACE THAT HAD A SUMP PUMP IN IT THAT WAS NOT WORKING. THE GUY WENT INTO THE CRAWL SPACE (SCARY) AND FOUND THAT IT WAS NOT GETTING JUICE TO ITS PLUG HE SAVED US SOME MONEY THAT DAY!!!
