Description of Work: I had a huge oak tree removed from my back yard. The team was punctual, organized and neat. They removed some branches I had at no extra cost. I honestly could not find any reason to complain. The job was done in pristine condition. I already recommended the company to one of my colleagues at work who used the service and was very pleased.

Description of Work: Unfortunately we had a very large tree from our property fall and land in our neighbor's yard. We received 3 quotes and were very pleased with Willow's service and proposal. We were planning on using them but our neighbor chose a more expensive, less scrupulous service. The only way she would give us access to her yard to remove the tree was to use the service she chose so we had no choice.

Description of Work: Had two locust trees trimmed and dead branches removed. The first time the work was good but some of the dead stuff was not cut out. I called and asked them to take a look at the work to confirm my opinion. They called back, said the job should have been better and sent out a crew to finish up. I am very happy with the work and their responsiveness.

 + -1 moreThey did pretty good. They did everything they said they would; knocked down the two trees, cut the branches off, and cut the vines off. They also cut down some other trees I didn't ask about, they did it anyway for me. They cleaned up pretty well.
Description of Work: I used Willow Tree for cutting down trees; they knocked down two trees and got rid of my overgrowing vines.

 + -1 moreI have lots of plants under the trees and they lowered all the limbs so they wouldn't damage the plants. They took down a huge beech tree in front. They've taken down a couple other oaks as well over the years.

We weren't happy with how one of the trees was trimmed, and they returned the very next day to complete the job to our satisfaction. Their prices were reasonable compared to others (these were big trees!) and quality of the job was excellent as corrected. They were also helpful with providing advice about future care of our trees.
