Excellent! * Price was fair and within expectations * Work began and ended on the days promised * Communication was excellent * Will use again * Highly recommended Doug and helper arrived in the morning to take down a large 40 year old maple tree along our driveway in our front yard. Our main concern was that, when cut and felled, the tree would not fall on our fence, other trees, our neighbors, or any persons. Safety was first and concerns were met. As high limbs were cut, the helper took them away to be chipped and disposed of. The trunk - about 2-3 feet thick was cut up a day or so later as discussed. Other trees were trimmed with branches disposed of. When the job was complete, we were left with a well cleaned up site with no damage to anything else.

Doug Heller is the best- prompt, reasonable, thorough.

My first call was responded to immediately. We had just had a large snowstorm so a date was set for 2 weeks later. They called and were able to come a bit earlier and did the job in 6 hours or so and clean up , even with some snow on the ground, was just perfect. This was just a great company to work with. Several of my neighbors have used Twin Oaks and we are all pleased with this company. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and would hite them again.
