+ -1 moreHe took the time to show me that a wrong part had been put in. He explained to me what I could do and the options that I had. He also gave me some suggestions as well. I could?t find anyone to come out and I was very happy that he was the only one that was able to come out!
Description of Work: It was very cold outside and I couldn't find anyone to fix my unit. Thomas came in and adjusted it to get me some more heat, went and found the parts that I needed and fixed it the next day.
