The two times I called on the phone the person who answered was very nice and helpful. I went to this location because they had better hours than closer places. I went there and told an employee there that I had stuff to drop off. He brought a cart over to my van. He brought me over to a scale. The other man told me I should not have put iron in the cart. I told him I just did what his employee told me to do. I did not tell the man this, but I don't know what kind of metal is what. I was doing this for recycling purposes, not for money. They gave me a dollar for the scrap and a free T-shirt. I will use a different company closer to my house next time.
Description of Work: Took household scrap metal for recycling.

+ -1 moreThey're really nice and responsive. The father is a real delight and very personable. The jobs he did for us was incredible and we felt like the price was great. They explain everything.
Description of Work: The old washer in the drain pipe had crumbled. He put in a new washer and he sealed it. He also hooked up a new ice maker in our frig. He also replaced a float in the toilet. They clean up so nice and there is never a mess.
