They are super professional; courteous; on-time - and their rates are reasonable and fair. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED - IN A HEARTBEAT.

Description of Work: I needed a replacement key for my 2004 Camry. The key has a chip in it. I scheduled an appointment and Sven cut and programmed my key in under 30 minutes for significantly less than it would have cost at the dealership. The key works just fine.

He said he was familiar with the type of lock and that it was on recall with the manufacturer. He told me how to contact the manufacturer and when the part came in, he came back and did the installation.

 + -1 moreTech was very neat and cleaned up after himself. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Tech was also very knowledgeable and was a real pleasure to talk to.
Description of Work: Tech replaced all the tumblers in the my newly purchased house as well as installed a deadbolt lick on the door between the garage and laundry room. Tech also replaced the door knob and lock on the back door so that all doors use the same keys. Tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Front door was not sitting square in door frame and tech tightened the door so it would close a lot better. The company has everything it needs on the truck so if anything additional is needed all they need to do is go to the truck. They can even make extra keys right in the truck.
