Everything went as planned and we couldn't be happier. Phil came out to review the job, arrived on time and even gave us a few hour heads up when he would be arriving. He was able to quickly turn around and give us plans for the job. The quality of work, professionalism and personality are just a few reasons why we'll be using Phil again in the near future as we continue to fix up our house.

Called initially and spoke to Phil Candando. He was very friendly and asked good helpful questions. We penciled in a time for him to come out the following weekend but that I would confirm my availability once I talked to my wife. I did just that and got back to him via text 2 hours later to confirm that we are available. I also sent him pictures of the work that needed to be done, as he requested when we spoke by phone. I did not hear back from him and so I followed up with him via text 3 days later to re-confirm his availability. He did not get back to me and he did not show up for the appointment as we initially agreed. Still no word from him as of today, which is 2 days after his missed/unresponsive appointment.

Phil was responsive, courteous and professional throughout the process. He scheduled a quote appointment promptly, and we agreed upon a date for the work that worked for both of us. He was very knowledgeable and I always felt comfortable that his recommendations and his work were top-notch. The final invoice was delivered promptly and matched the quote. Our initial service was great- especially with the winter we just had. However, our attic fan has stopped working and we have called Phil's electric every day for almost two weeks and no one has returned our calls! We would love to use Phil again, but I guess he's just too busy for us.

Phil, was very responsive and showed up as scheduled to look at the work, but never sent me the quote as promised. So needless to say I didn't use him.

I wanted to switch from PECO to the borough electric service since I have experienced so many long term outages with PECO these past few years whereas the borough electric goes out about once a decade, maybe for an hour. In order to switch, I had to have my electrical mast equipment (one story house) removed from the back of the house and new equipment installed and rewired at the front. I also needed code upgrades, a new fuse box and a new hookup for my dryer. Phil removed the old mast which connected to the PECO line and installed a completely new - and 100 times more stable - mast which hooks up to the borough electric. He also installed new internal wiring and a new fuse box and added some safety measures which got my old home up to code. He also added a switch for the back patio lights to the inside of the house rather than having the switch on the outside of the house. He took care of getting the permits and coordinated everything with PECO and the Borough. I had gotten about 6 quotes on this job since I knew it was major work. One price was very high, one very low, one place never responded and three clustered in the middle. I hired Phil out of the three prices in the middle because of the confidence he inspired and the fact that he always responded so quickly when I had a question. He was very clear about what needed to be done and how he would accomplish that step by step. The new system is aesthetically so much more attractive and, more importantly, I do not have to worry about a hurricane blowing the mast down. He is, without a doubt, one of the absolutely best contractors I have ever worked with and a pleasure to do business with.

Phil is the electrician you HOPE shows up to work on your house. After a brief walk through of the work to be done and where I believed the run should go, Phil showed me a much more efficient path back to the garage and showed his experience right there. Phil tarped off the traffic areas, worked quickly to pull the line downstairs and even snaked the shielded cabling in a way that I could not even see it at first in the garage. Phil was patient, took the time to explain everything and even gave me fantastic advice on everything from where I should locate hydronic baseboard heaters to measuring out recessed lighting for me. As I progress through this project and I need help Phil is going to be back here moving me along. As electricians go I have one now, and even recommended him to my sister during the power outage we had recently. Class act.

very pleased, this is the second time Phils Electric did a job for us. Because of bad weather we had to keep changing the service date and Phil kept us updated along the way. He showed up on time and did a nice job. It was only a small job but I've seen enough to know I'd use Phil's Electric again the next time I need an electrician.

Phil was responsive to our initial phone call for him to come out and troubleshoot an issue that we had with our electric box and scheduled as within a reasonable time. Phil was punctual and courteous when he came to see our electric box. He was patient as we explained our issue and was able to find the likely cause of the problem and fix it. Additionally, he was very reasonably priced compared to other electricians that we tried to schedule. We would use his services again.

I called Phil to give me a competitive estimate on transfer switch 40 ft cable run and inlet box for my portable generator. He gave me a ball park figure which was slightly less than a price I was given from another electrician I already committed to. He was right on even though he never came out to the property. He was extremely professional and gave me some great suggestions on the job. Despite my commitment with the other electrician I would have used Phil in a heartbeat. He knows his trade and I will be using him in the future for any more future electrical needs. He had nothing to gain in his helpful advice but gave it to me anyway. I wish I had called him first.
