Excellemt company to deal with. Dealt with Rick on the estimate; Brian and Joe installed the fencing. Everyone was very accommodating. Installers were prompt, hard-working, friendly and left area immaculate. They were very professional and install fencing with the obvious intent of providing the ultimate satisfaction to the customer. I obtained estimates from 4 other highly-rated companies, and I found this company to be the most competive. It was obvious why this company received awards for every year they have been in business.

Had to move date a time or two for weather.....hRd to install a fence in snow. They were great about scheduling . The first day the weather was clear bit the second day they worked In a cold rain to get it finished do my new dog would have her fenced yard to run in. My yard is on a hill and they adjusted the fence to give it the right look to the eye.

They were really good. I was really happy with them. We did have an issue with it. They came back and fixed it. They were quick and very professional. They just did a great job all-around. The price was high. We had several estimates. They were higher than the other ones. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Mainstreet came out to do a free estimate within a day or two of my call. Gave me the estimate while they were at house doing the estimate. Once we agreed to do the job, a date was set up that was agreeable to both of us. They called me the day before the job was to begin and called the morning of the job to give me their arrival time. They were on time, they worked all day (9-6) to put it the new fence. The 2 employees were extremely polite, courteous. hard working and prodpfessional. They checked with me on a few occasions to ensure where/ what my expectations were based on the property line etc. I was extremely pleased with the work and recommend the company.

From quote to installation, everything went beautifully. Mainstreet's quote was inline with other proposals I received. I paid a little extra for the red cedar and it looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Mainstreet Fencing.

This was a very good experience! Everyone was very friendly and professional, from start to finish. The price was in line with other companies whom we contacted, BUT MainStreet was willing to clear all the brush that was in their way for no additional cost. The other companies we spoke with required US to do the clearing, or they would charge us for the additional time. They cut back a LOT of brush and worked around the trees as needed. They even had to move some of our neighbor's stuff out of the way, which they did without complaint. In addition, they were able to start the job within just a couple weeks from the time we gave the go-ahead. They were a bit overly optimistic regarding the time the job would take to complete (they said 2 days, it actually took 3 1/2) but that was partially due to the weather, so it's really not a negative. They started work on Monday and were out of there by mid-afternoon on Thursday. We will certainly use them when we get around to fencing in the rest of the property.

From the email requesting a quote to the final delivery, Mainstreet was personable, professional and very easy to deal with. Each step of the process ... the onsite visit to measure and discuss the quote, the delivery of the quote, scheduling and performing the installation ... was performed when they said it would be. A good part of the communication could be done by email which was my preference. I watched most of the installation and was very pleased. They took care to leave the site clear of wood scraps and ... especially ... clear of nails and screws. They took a lot of care with the tapered portion of the fence to ensure it was sturdy and nicely finished in appearance. No shortcuts. The quality of the cedar pickets is excellent. I'm a bit of a DIYer and seriously considered replacing the fence myself. No matter how I tried, I couldn't get any closer than $600 to Mainstreet's price with the equivalent quality of wood. Seemed a no-brainer to have them do it.

They were very professional and responsive. Polite, accurate, and patient. The fence looks beautiful. They worked within my borough's fence ordinance, which was challenging. We are very satisfied with the final product and would recommend their company.

fence looks great ,workers were professional, and they cleaned up after and removed old fence Very satisfied, PS they are very busy it took about 2 months before it could be installed , but I was told that up front , and that was OK since I was told that when signed contract, (no delays , it was done when scheduled)

Ray and Chris were very professional and provided excellent service. Upon arrival, they went straight to work after discussing a few details with me. From start to finish, I was pleased with their performance. They left the job site cleaned and organized. I am very happy with the final product and have already received compliments on the fence.

When the company initially called me back following the AL inquiry, they indicated that they were backed up about 6 - 8 weeks for installation. This allowed me to determine immediately if they could meet my timing needs. When they came out to quote the job, they were able to address some of my concerns about maximizing space on the front steps recommending aluminum as an alternative to the vinyl I had inquired about. They took my credit card over the phone to allow quick scheduling of the work. The installer arrived on the day agreed to and (despite the heat) worked efficiently to install the railing. When questions arose as to the placement of the posts, he consulted with me prior to assuming & moving forward. We had also contracted to do a quick repair on back deck rails, but the workman who was on site, found a simple solve (taking 1 minute to manually adjust the sleeve positioning) that literally saved me hundred from the quote. The job was completed on schedule.

We talked to several companies and got a few estimates but as soon as we met Rick we were sold on Mainstreet for the job. Due to the weather and it being a busy time of year we had to wait a bit but it was so worth it. The crew was there on time and talked to us to make sure that understood what we wanted. I felt bad that our neighbor gave them a bit of a rough time but it was resolved. They stayed very professional during the entire job. My husband is a 2nd shifter and on the 2nd morning of the install they were so quiet that we didn't even know they were there. The fencing looks great and was done exactly the way we wanted it. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have fencing done. Even my father in law and his friend were impressed with the fencing.

The job went well. Installation took less than a day to remove old fence and install the new one. I should have had the property line surveyed before the job started. I did not realize the existing fence did not follow a straight line, probably because it was almost falling over. The installer did a good job coming up with a compromise that made both parties on either side of the fence happy. I had the job quoted by three companies. Mainstreet Fence was the middle bidder on cost at about $24 per foot to remove an existing 6' high wooden privacy fence and install the new one. Went with them because of number of good reviews and the estimator who came to our house was one of the owners and gave us confidence the job would be done correctly.

They got here on time and they work pretty fast. They were very nice and the price is good.
