Fence and gates are installed. I am very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism.

The fence looks beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. Every person I dealt with through every phase of this process was pleasant and accommodating. The installers did a really professional job. They showed up when they said they would, and even called beforehand to say they were on their way. They made sure the fence was exactly the way I wanted it, and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I need fencing replaced on the other side of my yard as well, and I will definitely call Mainstreet Fence to do the job. I highly recommend them.

It went well. I was working at the time the work was to be completed. I was able to meet with the installers prior to work, and on day 2 I pointed out some items that needed to be corrected. They fixed some of it, but not all of it. I had some wobbly posts, and some split boards. Not really a huge deal, but I wish they would have been corrected.

team arrived as planned. replaced the existing gates and were pleasant. Done efficiently with no delays. gates work and look nice!

Good experience start to finish. After the first fence was installed we asked them to come back and replace a different fence.

We just had our custom designed front yard fence installed by Main Street Fence and are thrilled at the results! It is all square lattice which posed some challenges but Main Street handled everything with ease. Everyone we dealt with was great to work with and very patient with our decision making process. Pricing for all of the different components was competitive and fair. Our installers, Brian and Dan were awesome and did a fantastic job with the challenges this type of fence presents. The finished result is even more beautiful than we hoped for. 5+ stars to Main Street Fence.

Scheduled an appointment for estimate. No call, no show. When I contacted them the receptionist didn't even try to make it right or apologize for the inconvenience and was extremely rude. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Despite the weather, it was very well done. Very conscientious workers, cleaned up well after the job was done.

This company has turned out to be unbelievably greedy. I am so disappointed with their lack of customer service for a customer who has returned to them on numerous occasions for repair. I had worked with this company, as far as, having them install a six foot PVC fence in my yard. My first repair request was, on 5/27/15, following the wind slamming the gate and breaking the the locking hardware right out of the PVC post on the gate. I called Main Street and inquired about repair and the representative explained that I needed to order an entire new gate. They stressed the one post which held the locking hardware could not be replaced. The cost for the gate was $875. Fast forward to 3/14/17, when the another wind slamming damages the gate again, with the locking hardware again ripping right out of the PVC post. I call Main Street on 3/15/17 about repair again, asking if just the post on the end of the gate can be repaired as opposed to buying an entire gate at $875 again. The answer, of course, from Main Street is "No". So I am in for another $875 bill. In order for my gate to be ordered, Main Street requires me to pay a $290 deposit. I pay the deposit of $290 on 3/17/17. This is unfortunate. Another contractor, that just happens to be working on another project at my home and does the installation of the same type PVC fencing, explains that the single post on the end of the gate can be replaced without having to purchase the entire gate. They suggest I call Main Street to address. I call Main Street back to advise that the single post can be replaced and I want to cancel the order of an entire gate because it's not necessary. Main Street then advises the gate has been made and is en route to them and they can't cancel the order. Oh and you know where I'm going, they can't refund my deposit of $290. "Crooks!" They knew that post can be fixed and that I didn't need to order that entire gate in the first place and now they take my $290. "Screw them!"This is the poorest of customer service. They got me once for an entire gate and now they got me for $290. I will not be using Main Street Fence again nor recommending them to anyone. For the amount of money I spent on the entire fencing project and the gate replacement and now $290, I am about to pay for the entire project twice. Beware of the B---S--- they hand you about what can and cannot be done before giving them a dime!

These guys were true professionals and super efficient. They started in the morning and got the job done by the afternoon and the fence installation was done with high-quality. There were some gaps under the fencing due to un-level ground, and because I had a dog, they offered to close them up with additional pickets they had. Highly recommended!

Great! They were on time, did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them for any fence problem.

Main Street did an excellent job. The company was very responsive when an issue emerged regarding the neighboring property (common with fences, especially in close quarters). I couldn't be more pleased.

The work was done on schedule and everything was as expected. Mainstreet even returned to re-hang the gate, as it did not work as expected. They were professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job. Their team of 4 completed everything within a single day.

I had arranged to have the work completed while we were away for vacation. Workman called me when they arrived confirmed placement of gates and addressed area that needed repair. When I returned home everything looked great. No mess. no problems. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

All of the workmen were professional, pleasant, thorough, and honest. The planning was very thorough so that we knew what to expect, and they understood exactly what we wanted. We also needed a new mailbox post for a new mailbox. They provided and installed the post and the mailbox as well. The installation went beautifully, and the cleanup was perfect. Along the way each team member offered suggestions to make the details turn out exactly right. The quality of the fence itself is outstanding, and it's already had a beneficial effect on our yard. The most frequently used gate started to settle on the hinges a little after two or three months, and I called about getting it repaired. The response time was great, the gate was easily repaired, and it's all good. We love this fence, and the new mailbox is a big improvement!

The company was very professional and prompt. They provided complete and honest information when providing an estimate.

We needed to replace a short wood fence around our backyard with a taller six-foot fence to contain our new dog. We got several estimates and looked at both wood and vinyl but we chose wood and were impressed with Rick from MSF's professionalism and attention to detail. There were a lot of granular details in choosing the fence style, gate style, and we also had pergolas installed, and Sabrina was very helpful in explaining differences to us and helping us get things figured out. We scheduled our work, gave a deposit and eagerly awaited our new fence to be installed. The workers showed up on time on the planned day, and were very courteous and professional. However, I noticed that the fence panels on their truck were NOT what we had ordered. Brian who was the crew chief apologized and immediately contacted the office to figure out what the issue was. As it turns out, there was a miscommunication between the front office and the wood shop which resulted in the wrong fence being built. We were pretty frustrated by this, as we had already been waiting several weeks for the work to be done, and the fence now needed to be started over from scratch. The folks at MSF all apologized profusely for the error which we thankfully noticed before they started taking down our old fence - and they made plans to expedite construction of the new fence and get an installation date on the calendar. They were able to return about 3 weeks later with the correct fence. The men were again punctual, polite and professional and checked all the details first with me before getting started. They got started and worked efficiently, getting the entire project done in two days. If there was any question about specifics and our preferences as they worked, they asked and made sure we were getting what we wanted. They were friendly and courteous - I have young children and I hate the idea of having construction workers swearing, etc - and there was none of that. They did an awesome job on two of the hottest days of the summer, and the fence looks amazing. We have already gotten so many compliments and we are really just so pleased with the work. I'm giving them an A - even though there was a major setback in the process which resulted in an annoying delay for us, they identified the problem, promptly implemented a solution, and were professional about it and apologized profusely, as they understood how frustrating this was for us. We have some other fencing we will want to replace in the next year or so, and I will absolutely, without hesitation, be using this company - will probably just confirm in triplicate what is being built before they send the order to the wood shop :).

Mainstreet Fence did a fantastic job! They were very responsive and provided an accurate and market appropriate quote. The office staff was extremely helpful in finalizing the details, including sending along pictures and information to help facilitate decision making. Chris and his team installed the fence with great attention to detail. They are true craftsmen. They did a fantastic job working in some tough weather conditions and tight city spaces. They were all courteous and cleaned up the space nicely when they were finished, including our neighbor's property. Chris and the team were also very careful not to damage the plants in our garden or apricot tree (going so far as to cut a hole in the fence to let a tree branch protrude). I would highly recommend them. They do fantastic work!

From the first phone call to the completion of the job, Mainstreet Fence was excellent. They worked with me from day one setting up a date that worked for me. When I had to reschedule twice, they were able to fit me right in on the date I requested. The install was excellent, the crew that came out was very polite and did an amazing job completing a big job in two days. I can't say enough positive things about everyone I dealt with at Mainstreet Fence. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I called and left a message for them to contact me in regard to coming over and giving ,me an estimate for a job. It has been 6 days with no response from them. Being in sales myself, there is a cardinal rule I follow. If they perform badly during the sales process, their actual delivery of work will only be worse. Caveat Emptor...let the buyer beware.
