The work went perfectly. I have no complaints whatsoever. The price was competitive with other companies in the industry. They came right out and gave me a prompt estimate. They came out right on time for the installation and had all of the work done in two days.

Everything was done quickly and on time. The fence looks great. Start to finish this was a perfect experience. There were no issues during construction, the fence has no issues whatsoever. They told us we should call if anything settles and they will come out and fix it, nothing has so far. Neighbors seem very pleased as well. They left the property clean with anything that needed pruned neatly piled up.

Rick Canally, the owner, was a total professional. He came early in the morning for the estimate,which was great since I didn't have to miss much work. He spent a good amount of time with me discussing the job and my concerns which impressed me because it was a small job for him. He was totally courteous and gave me a good price. The quality of the fence was much better than what you would find at Home Depot. They came to install it on the day that they said they would come eventhough it had been raining a lot the week beforehand and I thought they might be behind schedule on other jobs. I can't say enough good things about them. My only problem involved a special situation that I have with my neighbors having their raised bed garden on the other side of the fence. Mainstreet was supposed to install a barrier to stop the dirt from next door's garden bed coming over on my side, which they did, but it wasn't done quite right and I now have to take steps to put up a barrier on my side. I don't blame Mainstreet so much for this. It's an unusual situation that most people will not have to deal with.

They were very efficient, and responsive. They came when they said they would come and did a great job. They were a little more costly than other companies but the quality of work was good. The workers were professional and courteous as well.

They showed up promptly to do the work. The cost was exactly what was quoted. The fence was customized because it had to span different elevations. They did a really nice job with that. Everything went great, and I very pleased with the results. They followed up a week later to make sure that everything was completed to my liking, which was very nice.

Everything went smoothly. They were very responsive and extremely helpful to me getting the information I needed to secure the permit. The fence install was over the course of 2 days. After it was all done, everything was neat, clean, and well constructed. I would definitely call them again for other fencing needs on my property.

Arrived on time, went straight to work. started at 10:00 a.m, never stopped until job was completed at 5:00 p.m. I have never seen 2 men work so hard, and put so much caring and perfectionism into their work. It was refreshing to see the pride. I am so pleased with the finished product. Might I add they worked in 90 DEGREE HEAT AND HIGH HUMIDITY!. They were clean, and polite. They cleaned up after they were done, took all the removed product with them including the dirt and shrubs.

The rep from the company was professional and very nice. He measured and then talked over the options with me. The company does not clear the fence line (something we wanted). Additionally, he didn't walk the property line with me or even suggest it or ways to cut down on the costs of clearing the fence line. Their price was the lowest of the 4 companies who bid on the job, but we went with another vendor who worked with us on the fence line issues and included clearing in their bid. If our yard had already had a clear line, I would have seriously considered using Mainline.

They were the cheapest of all the companies we called, although there was not that much difference in the prices. I am very happy with how it looks. I had asked for just one extra little thing. It was a little handrail at the gate and they put that in at no extra charge.

The estimator came within a week of my calling the company and was on time for the meeting. He made careful notes on my request, sketched a plan on the proposal sheet on the spot along with a reasonable estimate. We had to delay installation from the initial date and there was no problem. The team appeared on the scheduled date and worked quickly and quietly. The fences were custom made and of excellent quality and were very sturdily installed. There was no debris or disruption of the property. I was very pleased with the work. As the initial proposal had been made nearly two months before the work was done, I had forgotten I had made a one-third deposit and made a check for the full amount. The next day the firm called and told us we had overpaid and the overpayment was returned to us the next day. I will be hiring this firm again for additional projects this spring.
