They did a fantastic job. They were very polite. We were working with our neighbors behind us. He was very patient dealing with both parties. Everything is leveled and installed nicely. We need to have him show us how to adjust the gate after shifting but everything looks great. We really like it.

Ony had them do the estimate but they were professional, courteous and prompt with estimate for service.

Their responsiveness was great. They were nice people despite their work being over-priced. They were going to charge somewhere near $23/'. I found a company that provided the same thing if not better service for about $19/'. He was done in 3 days.

MainStreet Fence did an excellent job all the way around. Rick provided an estimate, and one measurement didn't match the same measurement in another estimate, so he came back out to my house to measure again (Rick's measurement was right). It was the better of two estimates I had (lower price, better type of wood), so it's the one I chose. The 2-man installation crew was efficient and did a great job. They tore out and removed my old, decrepit fence, and installed about 140 feet of new red cedar fence within about 7 hours. The fence looks great. I would definitely use them again.

We received several estimates when we shopped for our home's fence. Main Street was actually the highest estimate we got, but we wanted to use them because of their great reputation, the friendly and professional staff, and the overall impression that we got - especially compared to the other companies we met with. Rick seemed like a straight shooter, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I even contacted him with questions about our project after getting a laundry list of problems pointed out to me by another company's representative. Without knowing for sure whether or not we were going to go with his company, Rick answered all my questions, telling me how each problem could be handled, and even offered to be a resource for me if we chose to go with another company! Wow! Then when he heard he was our highest estimate, he negotiated! The day installation began, the guys called me to give me a heads-up, on-our-way phone call. They were polite, knowledgeable, communicative, and fast. There was an error in our order (one gate was missing) which delayed the completion of our project by a few days - but when I tossed in the added necessity for them to move 4 panels of existing fence (which had been installed by the previous homeowner and was so close to our neighbor's building that it slapped up against it on windy days), the guys at Main Street were happy to take on the small side project at no charge to compensate for the delay in our project completion. The fence looks beautiful. Everything was done professionally and to the "t." We were thrilled with the level of service throughout our experience and with everyone we dealt with. We have a couple more projects (at our home and that of a family member), and you can bet we'll be calling Main Street! We have already given their number to several people we know. Sure, we paid a few hundred dollars more than we would've if we'd gone with the "other guys," but sometimes you get what you pay for - and with Main Street we sure did. Superior product. Superior service. We couldn't be happier.

I called for an estimate. The receptionist was very friendly. The owner came out to do the estimate, and he was very professional and friendly. It is a small company, and his pride of ownership shows. The process was simple, and finished a little ahead of the estimated time because they sent extra crew members. Very pleased!!

Extremely prompt and realistic/fair with estimate. A bit of wait-time (3weeks) for actual installation (only b/c they are that busy, therefore good at what they do!). But, job was started and finished exactly as promised - workers were punctual and all business. They made a couple changes to reinforcement of poles (at no charge), b/c they were using their professional judgment on what was needed to ensure long-term stability and wear. EXCELLENT finished product completed with professionalism. Highly recommend.

Having been pleased with a previous installation of a metal fence by this company we selected them for a framed tongue and groove wooden fence. Prior to installation they explored all options permitted by the township to ensure proper permits were obtained. They first put a string line to show us exactly where it would be located. Then in only four hours they installed a beautiful wooden fence. They cleaned up thoroughly leaving the property in better shape than it was when they started. These men were very courteous and easy to work with and we would highly recommend them.

They were very good. They were very professional. They worked with us to look at and price out different options. We thought the quality of the materials they used were very good for the price.

They were great. They were very punctual and organized. They have a lot of work to do with my yard, but they did a great job with that. They were very professional. They did not ruin my yard. They had to work around my vegetable garden and somethings ended up being destroyed. However, they warned me in advance that that may happen so I was well prepared for that. They identified the problems that I might have to see the possible outcome.

I saw Mainstreet Fence on Angie's list and emailed them. They called back within 2 days and arranged for someone to come out. Rick came to estimate and gave a couple of options. I opted to keep the existing fence which is shared by my neighbors and build the new fence inside the existing one. Which made sense as I am going to be eventually fencing in the whole back garden with this fencing and need to have a fence all the time. The back garden is appx 250ft deep by 325ft wide so it is sensible to do this in stages! The lead time from my approving the estimate to installation was about 4 weeks. The guys who came - Brian and Joe - rocked, definitely went above and beyond. Were not bothered by my big dogs [friendly but still could be intimidating]. I had added some additional fencing at the last moment which was not a problem to them and they still finished in the 2 days estimated time. The fence looks great and I will definitely use these guys again.

It went fine. Everything was positive. They were easy to deal with and the workmen were polite.

Estimator came out and on time. Discussed options especially in regard to sloped landscape and mulch that had been up against existing fence which caised it to rot. We settled on a fence type and were promptly provided an estimate. Work was scheduled within 30 days of deposit and was completed beautifully and cleaned up spotlessly.

My mother's fence was damaged from Hurricaine Sandy. Chris returned my call immediately and came out and provided an estimate. Although the schedule date of service was a little further out than I would have liked, Chris was prompt and performed a very professional job. He performed the work all by himself and completed the installation of the fence by 3pm. The fence looks great.

Great experience overall. Price quotation process, back-office responsiveness to inquiries, the quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew, punctuality --- everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend them. And on price too, they beat their competition. My options were explained to me very well, and I never felt any sales pressure to spend more. They where on time from the time they came to give an estimate til the time they did the installation. Very professional, and they explained everything that was going to happen. Super service, great customer service and would definelty recomment them to ohters.

Wonderful. Fence and gate went up and look even better than expected, and the job was started and finished exactly when we were told it would be, and was done in one day. I will absolutely use them again to finish off the yard next year when more funds are available.

Rick came out to provide an estimate. He was professional. As I had gotten a few estimates, I was able to ask some educated questions regarding Mainstreet's process. He answered them with a straightforward manner (not defensive or trashing anyone else). We asked for a couple of prices as we were not sure of what direction we were going. He offered them without question. When we decided to use him, we were able to set a date. The old fence (including the old fence posts) was removed and replaced in 2 days. Everything was cleaned up as if nothing had been done. A few weeks later, I had a problem with the gate that required attention. That was addressed quickly and without any drama. The fence looks fantastic and we get compliments all the time.

Mainstreet Fence was always very responsive and we received wonderful customer service. We sought two estimates for our fencing and we chose to go with Mainstreet Fence for their good reviews and because their quoted price was lower. They worked with us to do some remeasuring and brush clearing as we worked to find the best line for the fence on our awkwardly shaped property. The crew was very friendly and professional and finished the fence earlier than expected. A couple weeks after installation we realized that a couple of the cross pieces of wood were cracked from the screws. We emailed the company with photos and they sent someone out at no charge to replace those boards. Every interaction with the company was pleasant and professional.

We chose Mainstreet Fence Company out of three contractors. The response time after contacting them was one day and an appointment was set for the following week. Rick Canally, the company's contact, was courteous, on time, and very helpful in making the right choice for our needs. The crew was prompt, removed the old fence, and even cleared some branches from the pine trees on the fence perimeter. The work was finished as scheduled and the only thing left behind was a beautiful 54" aluminum fence. We are still receiving compliments from our visitors and the neighbors. Definitely we would use them again and heartily recommend them. Great job, and we are very happy indeed!!

I contacted multiple fence contractors to obtain proposals. All contractors were prompt and courteous in providing proposals. I selected Mainstreet Fence to perform the job based upon my overall assessment and their willingness to comply with my request regarding installation of one of the gates. Mainstreet was in the middle of the pack regarding cost (low was $1,850 - high was $3,250). My experience from start to finish was excellent. Following my acceptance of the proposal, it took approximately 3 weeks for the work to be performed. The installation crew arrived as scheduled at 9:30AM. They removed the old fence in approximately 1 hour. Installation of the posts (including concrete), rails (some cut to size on site), and wire was completed by 5:00PM. The crew was extremely courteous and reviewed all aspects of the project with me prior to starting and checked with me throughout the day to ensure things were going as I expected. At the end of the day the yard looked cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend Mainstreet Fence.
