Dana and his crew did quality work for a reasonable price. I reached out to numerous places for an estimate. He was one of the few who actually showed up to give me an estimate and one of even fewer who actually followed through with a written estimate. He took the time to answer questions, make suggestions, and provide a timeline of when the work could begin and end. It was clear from the start that Dana cares about his clients and wants to make them happy. He stayed in communication throughout the project and was always just a text or phone call away. Throughout the remodel, he pointed things out, provided suggestions, and even changed things after we changed our mind (Thanks for relocating that door). He was always on time and let us know who would be there and when. Besides the great work that Dana did, what really separates him from the rest is his honesty. There were a couple of occasions where he could have passed on some additional cost to me for some unexpected things during the renovation but he did not. I know that probably doesn’t paint a clear picture but all you need to know is that he is honest. Honest, hardworking, stays in communication and does great work. Not sure what more you can ask for. He will be our first call when we are ready to remodel our bathroom! And if you happen to have a German shepherd, Dana and your dog will become best of friends. Our dog still misses him!

LaRosa was cooperative and reasonable throughout all conversations and planning including working around a few certain issues (unrelated to the contractor but related to the property). The price (especially compared to larger companies for the same work) was comfortably within my budget and feels appropriate for the amount of work done. The work itself was professional, feels super sturdy, and looks great. It passed inspection with only minimal and negligible concerns (because that's the inspector's job afterall). The one thing I'll have to bring up that makes this a 4-star is that demolition of the old deck was not properly cleaned up and my downstair's neighbor's porch is directly beneath my deck, so what happened was the saw dust was unwittingly tracked through his house and over his new flooring. My neighborhood's homes have a rather unique configuration, so I imagine LaRosa is used to cleaning up last day, but it still meant I had to do the neighborly thing and take care of the dust myself (neighbors' are retired and I'm in my 30s, so I was happy to do it). Just something to keep in mind. I'd still highly recommend LaRosa for the otherwise solid performance and professionalism.

LaRosa Building Concepts was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Not only were they reliable and neat, they coordinated their work to coincide with the timing of our new roof install. They evaluated the project many times upfront to make sure that I would be happy with the finished product. Within 3 days, the team had our Pella greenhouse demolished, re-framed with new beams, installed a new 8 ft sliding door and roof structure. The project came out perfect! We'll definitely be using LaRosa again.

We were pretty anxious about this project as it was a major addition to our house. We found Dana to be responsive, prompt and timely. We felt we could count on him to do what he said he was going to do. In fact, he made suggestions to the project design that turned out really nice. We continue to reach out to him to do a few other jobs. We highly recommend Dana.

Dana did a tremendous job replacing our old, drywall banister and replacing it with a sharp looking, updated banister. He completed the job quickly and had amazing communication throughout, which was very much appreciated and unfortunately rare among most contractors. I'd definitely would hire him again!

Amazing job by Dana. Showed up every day until the job was finished. Cleaned up daily. Made suggestions to improve the project. Everything was done with quality in mind and came out great. The price was also very reasonable and lower than other estimates. Will work with him again.

Our basement was flooded by a street water main break back in June that damaged 30 year old wood paneling and drywall. Dana took everything down for us, including a hard to disassemble desk that was built into the wall, and put in new insulation, drywall, a ceiling light, tile, bathroom vanity, trim, and new doors. He went the extra mile by taking out an existing door that was not needed and dry walled it for us, painted the wood paneling to match the rest of the rooms that we were going to keep, and even left us the extra paint from painting all the walls and trim. Dana was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He always tried to help my husband and I by providing suggestions and information that we as first time home owners didn't think about. There were 2 rooms a large hallway/stairway and a half bath that were renovated. The job only took 2 weeks and we are very pleased. I appreciated that every time he left our house, the job site was cleaned up. Definitely hiring again to complete other home renovations.

Dana did a great job on the half bath and his price was very reasonable. We had trouble getting estimates from some other contractors and the other bids we got were significantly higher. Obviously it went well since we had him back to redo our main bathroom which was a more involved project since it needed a full demo down to the studs and a new wall built as well as a tub and tile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dana to anyone or have him back for future projects, he was very patient with us while we figured out exactly what we wanted and started on the date we requested.

Dana is a very skilled builder. He is easy to work with. He is reasonable, efficient and keeps his work area neat and clean and on time. I would use him again and recommend LaRosa Building Concepts.
