I am very happy with the service. I forget the names of the people I dealt with but they were all very professional. I first called them and they came out to take a look at what had to be done and gave me a price for the work. They told me that it will be ready in about 4 weeks or so. It took a little longer, but I think that may happen. When the door was ready, they called to confirm with me when they could come out. The gentleman who came out was on time, did a wonderful job and completed on time. I would highly recommend them and would use them in the future as well.

Five years ago Gallagher Bros replaced all the windows in my house, including a custom-made picture window, and also the front door. At the time I was not a member of Angie's List so did not file a report. But I'll say now that I was very pleased by both the helpful, no-pressure sales approach and the quality of the work. This year I had a problem with two of the windows so I called Gallagher and they cheerfully and efficiently replaced the two windows with no charge. A truly no-hassle lifetime guarantee. They worked with the manufacturer - Northeast Building Products - which was also very efficient and courteous. Great customer service.I recommend both companies highly.
