For the initial installation Bill Hallston of Easy Bath Solutions arrived as expected and left the work area tidy at the end of the day. The problems revolve around repairs that were not made. We had a bathroom renovation done by Bill Hallston from Easy Bath Solutions in 2017. We had a leak in the vanity base which turned out to be lack of caulking in a 4 inch area where the vanity top met the back splash allowing water to run into the vanity base. We lived for six months with a washcloth wedged behind the faucet assembly until totally frustrated we caulked it our self. There is not enough room between the faucet assembly and the backsplash so Bill bent the arm to make it fit. By doing that the arm is rubbing where it should not and the paint is coming off. It takes two hands to attempt to close the drain. The bent arm hits the top edge of the back splash. My main concern is, as it has been from day one that nothing drains from the lip of the shower pan. After the second person showers each day we dry the walls and the pan lip with a microfiber cloth to lessen the mildew. The lip on the front corner of the shower pan where it meets the room has a continual leak of water out onto the floor. Bill tried to fix that with more caulk soon after installation which was not effective. I have taken time lapsed photos over the course of 24 hours showing water seeping out under the frame of the shower doors onto the floor. I had a master plumber come to give an estimate for some other work in the house in June 2018. I asked him to look at the shower. He told us, as we already knew, that the shower pan was not installed on a level surface. It is noticeable that the shower doors are not level as the gap under the two doors is not uniform. One shower door will not stay open requiring another washcloth wedged against it to keep it open. I texted Bill June 24, 2018 and was told he would come look at it within a week. That did not happen. I put an honest review of his work on Facebook in October 2018 and filed a complaint with the BBB. Bill responded to that stating he would fix the problem. I removed the Facebook review as I believed he would correct the mistakes. He did not show up until May 2019. He agreed the shower pan was not level and he would replace the pan and the wall surround. He said he would remove the arm on the vanity faucet assembly and replace it with a push down stopper. He said he would schedule the repairs. Months came and went with excuses of why he would not get to it. In November 2019 Bill said he would do the work December, 19, 20, and 21 on the condition that I remove a review I had written to the BBB and another builder’s site. The lawyer for the BBB and my personal lawyer did not recommend I remove the reviews as they were honest and accurate. However, I did remove them feeling the ultimatum Bill gave me was the only way he was going to do the work. As you can probably guess Bill did not show up Dec. 19, 2019, nor have I heard anything from him. I will alert the Better Business Bureau lawyer as he requested to report that the problem has not been corrected. .

UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND A POOR COMMUNICATOR. Bill talked a good game right up until the work started. He tried to cut corners by reusing old outlets, ceiling fans, door hardware, etc. He constantly made promises that he didn't keep and then made up lies to justify his poor performance. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING EASY BATH SOLUTIONS and please don't believe the lies he will post in response.to this review.

William hallston is the only employee, not 5 or 12, just him, he brought me in for help on 1099 which is illegal and doesn't pay his sub-contractors that he supposedly doesn't use, he also doesn't use the proper supplies to save money and rip off his customers. I would never hire this so called business man.
