I was reluctant to ask Mr. Newmiller to do my job because his Angie's List profile says he services all of Bucks County. I live 10 minutes south of Bucks County in Northeast Philadelphia. Nevertheless, when I called him he immediately agreed to come and, without seeing my house, said the cost would be $80. Four days later he came and did a thorough job. His assistant used a blower to blow away a small amount of debris from his cleaning of the garage gutters. Mr. Newmiller left clumps of pine needles on the ground from his second-story work. Left grass so I later raked them off my lawn but that was a small effort compared to the impossible task of cleaning the gutters myself. I appreciated Mr. Newmiller's responsiveness on the phone and the speed with which he came to do the job.

My experience was excellent. Mr. Newmiller called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. He thoroughly inspected the chimneys. Did not pressure us into any service. He also gave us an estimate for gutter cleaning and was very helpful.

Mr. Newmiller came on short notice, did the work quickly and efficiently, and was gone within an hour. He was friendly, and gave us advice about how to light a fire and how often to have our chimney cleaned, even to the point of telling us that we didn't have to do it yearly, but only every other year. Mr. Newmiller is a "talker" but that didn't seem to stop him from doing his work.

He did a great job. Apparently, my chimney was pretty dirty, but he cleaned it in no time and with no mess. Also, he called me to let me confirm the appointment, which I really appreciate, and he called when he was running a bit late.

Mr. Newmiller came the same day I called him and the follow-up work was was performed exactly a week later when he said it would be. I would definitely use him again.

David was very responsive. I called in the morning, got an estimate within a couple of hours, and the work was done by day's end. The job was done very well.

He showed up exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, and got the job done for the price he quoted. I will definitely call him again in two years when it will be time to redo.

David called me back that day. He had an opening the next day he cleaned out my gutters. He cleaned up the leaves and mess from the gutters. He took care of my yard and porches and didn't leave a mess for me to cleanup.

Mr. Newmiller gave a recommendation for another company who could reach the damper. He did not charge for the visit, since he did not perform any work. Very courteous and reliable--he arrived an hour earlier than anticipated.

I called Dave that morning, and he was able to come out to inspect, give me an estimate, and perform the work that afternoon. He also inspected the downspouts and brought a crack to my attention that others had missed. He was great.

David was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. He returned phone calls promptly and kept us informed during the project. The work seems to be of high quality and the price very reasonable.

David arrived on time and worked quickly and neatly. He was very pleasant to deal with and his price was reasonable.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Mr. Newmiller. He came out to give an estimate the same day I called. He did high quality work on the gutters, at a reasonable price.

Dave called before arriving early. He cleaned the chimney efficiently and without making any mess. He then gave me tips on efficient use of the fireplace and suggestions for future maintenance.

MR. NEWMILLER AND HIS ASSISTANT ARRIVED ON THE SCHEDULED DATE (DAY AFTER APPOINTMENT WAS MADE)AND TOOK ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO CLEAN THE GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS. BOTH WERE VERY COURTEOUS. DEBRIS WAS CLEANED UP COMPLETELY. MR. NEWMILLER DID ADVISE ME OF ONE CRACK IN A DOWNSPOUT TO KEEP MY EYE ON. MR. NEWMILLER HAS ALSO PERFORMED CHIMNEY CLEANING FOR US IN THE PAST AND THAT SERVICE HAS ALSO BEEN EXCELLENT.
