Description of Work: Ed was prompt, courtesies, and immediately jumped to the job. He obviously knew what he was doing in terms of moving the ladders efficiently, and carrying his supplies. He was friendly and did the whole job in no time - 44 colonial windows.

He also detailed my sliding glass doors to the deck and gave me feedback on the condition of my windows in general. I could not ask for more efficient or professional service!

 + -1 moreIt rained so he had to change appointment times with us but he called to let us know very quickly. He always shows up on time and leaves the home just the same as when he arrived. He is not intrusive in any way.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreHe called me back immediately, I had an appointment in two days, he cleans up after himself and he is prompt. Very, very professional.
Description of Work: He washed every door and window, attic to basement, inside and out. He washed all of the screens. He cleaned 5 ceiling fans, 5 light fixtures and a candleabra. Everything sparkles.
