It went very well. They came on time and called a day ahead to let me know approximately when they would be there. They were very friendly and very professional. The receptionist was very nice also and they were good about working around my schedule.

A very pleasing experience from start to finish.

C & C provided the best estimate our of four contractors who bid on a new roof for our townhome. Since one of C & C's owners lives in Newtown Grant, where our unit is located, C & C was familiar with all the association rules. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up the site afterwards, and delivered everything they promised. It doesn't get any better than that.

I got a deal on 2 hrs of caulking from Angie's list and when they came out I asked about having a couple of other things done. I didn't realize when they came out it was for an estimate not to get the work done. A few days after the estimate they came out and did the work. Worker was great and I would use again

The roofer came on time. But I was told that the roof is not walkable, even though from what I understood from other roofers who had done work on my roof that only a small portion of my roof is not walkable. Therefore, before buying a big-deal coupon, discuss your roof with the company to understand expectation.

They came out and checked the roof and found an area in need of repair. They were back 2 weeks later to do the work. I also asked them to seal my windows which they did. They are very nice people. I would definitely use them again and i recommend them highly.

The work went quickly and efficiently without any inconvenience to me. I was very satisfied with the repair. After several heavy rainfalls since the repair, there have been no leaks.

When I called their office to install the solar powered attic fan I was told that they had to inspect the job before scheduling the work.. Their salesman showed up shortly afterwords on a Wednesday. From the moment he arrived until he left all he could talk about was the "poor" condition of my roof and how I should use C&C to replace the roof before the fan was installed. He also told me that they may not be able to install the fan because of the condition of the roof. I also asked him to quote adding blown-in insulation for my attic space. He promised me he would respond to me with the decision on the attic fan, and the quote, no later than the following Friday. Friday came and went without a word from the company. Finally on Monday he sent me an email with the OK for the fan and a quote of $2,000 for the insulation. I then called their office and they scheduled an installation date shortly thereafter. The installer arrived on time and finished the installation in about 45 minutes. However, without asking my permission, he put an their advertising sign on my front lawn and failed to remove it when he left. This was an "Angie's Special" promotion for $459 with C&C claiming it was a 50% savings. Costco is selling the exact same fan for $150. Charging over $300 for 45 minutes of labor is excessive in my book. With their "regular" price of $900, over $750 for 45 minutes of labor is out outrageous. I used another Angie's List recommendations for the insulation job which was $300 less and the contractor did at least twice as much as C&C quoted to do.

We were very impressed with C&C Family Roofing. The description here will be short and sweet. The project manager quoted the work. He was on time and professional. He honored an Angie's List coupon that had expired the day prior. The work was done when it was stated to be done. The crew completed the project in one day (it was a double team). They were focused on their work. The pricing was as quoted. The project manager followed up with us. Even after an issue with our check (accidental) the company was supportive and had no issue. We would highly recommend this company in the future.

Unfortunately the design of my older attic would not work with the design of the solar attic fan in this particular case. The attendant that came out (Scott) explained how it works and how it would not work in the design of the solar fan. He was very professional, and his companies reputation is very key to their business. I asked him questions about other services he offers and I took his business card for future consideration. I would definitely call them back because of their superior customer service.

I was very pleased. They came for a small siding repar. I was not up-sold but rather inquired about gutter cleaning and then agreed to have gutter guards installed. They were great.

The crew was prompt and they did nice beautiful job on the roof. And did great clean up afterwards. I would defiantly recommend them. I was very satisfied.

We had several roofers come out to quote our roof. C & C was really right in the middle of the prices we got and Kevin was very thorough and professional. He walked the roof and took measurements and then explained the process. Most of the other roofers that came in spent a lot of time telling us why we shouldn't use the other roofers. We scheduled the roof for the following week. The workers came in and were very professional and respectful. They covered all of our landscaping and our patio. They took out the skylights and framed in where they used to be, then they roofed over it. Great job on that as well. We also had a couple of gutters replaced. The clean up wasn't the best but we called Kevin and he sent some people out to clean up. They did a great job on that and they were responsive so I have no problem with their problem resolution. They put the dumpster on wood blocks on the driveway so there was no damage and they removed the dumpster as soon as the roof was completed. The whole job took 1-1/2 days. We were happy that they found no plywood that needed to be replaced. We are very happy with our new roof and all of the work that C & C did for our home. We will absolutely use them again for some other projects.

This is one of the best bargains I've ever had. The price was half or less than half of C&C's normal price, and they were very, very prompt and responsive. Chris showed up at the appointed time in spite of the rain, inspected the roof, advised me of the tune-up, and promised to return the next day to apply caulk when it wasn't raining. The roof is aging, so he also promised to have two quotes for me: one for a complete replacement, one for just a new layer of shingles (there is at present only one layer there).Chris was as good as his word. He came back the next day, caulked the possible trouble spots on the roof and gave me the two quotes and a business card. The quotes were very reasonable, and the difference between them was not substantial. I'm still considering options, since I am selling the home.

We requested a quote and John from C&C was out the next day and provided a quote that evening. Of the 5 quotes we received, they were not the lowest, but definitely not the highest. John was very accomodating to our schedule and allowed us to waffle on the shingle color/style up to the day before the installation. Communication was great; very responsive by phone and email. It was a 2 day job and the crew cleaned up nicely after the first day. They did a great job tarping our new landscaping. Our only complaint would be the many nails that remained in our driveway after the job; very minor issue though as the roof looks great! Would definitely use C&C again for other jobs.

the roof was brand new and the dumpster needed to be picked up. Use a rolling magnet bar to pick all the nails in the grass. Couldn't have had a nicer crew or been more pleased with their performance. This was the only company that said they would do the whole job in one day. Others said 3 0 5 days. Highly recommend them!

We cannot recommend this company enough! From start to finish we have been met with both the utmost professionalism and with people who really know their job and who care about doing it correctly. We have had so many compliments on our roof already! We have had some difficult experiences since we moved into our new home, so we were quite nervous about choosing the right people to replace our roof. As best as we could we did the research necessary to make an informed decision. We had some interesting experiences with getting quotes for our new roof ranging from the hard sell and a long patronizing sales pitch, to exorbitant pricing. John gave us a no fuss, fair quote right from the beginning. That's all we wanted, good quality work at a fair price and without the sales pitch. Some of our previous experiences made us a little nervous but John was very patient and followed up on all of our worries and put our minds at rest. This really is a company who cares about its customers. We must have called John about a dozen times and he answered all of our questions and was always very patient and friendly. John also made sure that not only was the job done to the highest standards but it was also aesthetically pleasing by adding finishing touches that were not structurally necessary but enhanced the look of our home at no extra cost to us. The crew who came out to do our work, led by Wilson, were fantastic. They were courteous, prompt and did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves. We've given C & C roofing straight A's as our experience and the end result was excellent. I have no doubt that once our roof has gone through several seasons I will be able to update my comments with even more positive reviews about this company. These days it is very difficult to know who to hire to do work for you, especially when you are investing such a large sum of money. So to find a company like this, with people that you can actually trust to do what they say they will do, when they say they are going to do it, is very lucky. We're having John back out to quote us for insulating our attic and fitting new windows -that's how much we have been impressed with C & C Roofing!

I purchased a big deal from Angie’s List. They were fine. I had no problems with them. The gentlemen came out and checked everything at my house as I was working at that time. He left me a report, did call me the next day and explained it. The deal that he gave me for new roof was good. They were here when they said. I didn’t meet the gentleman but only talked to him over the phone but he answered all my questions. So he was very professional.

My experience turned out very well. The deal included a lot of other things. I thought it was just an inspection, but it included tune up, too. They also did cocking, though it was not done on the same day. They did the inspection on the day of the appointment and the next day they came back for the tune up. They gave me a quote to replace the roof, but I will not be doing it now. It was a very good deal.

The sales person was also the project manager for the job. I thought that was good, as he made sure what he sold was done correctly.I was lucky to pick up a April only deal on extended warantee. The crew showed up a 8:30 AM, when they said they would, They were gone by 4:30 PM job completed and the clean up was very good. No nails or debris left. No damage to any landscape. The crew really knew what they were doing and I was amazed how fast it went.

.I am satisfied. I was referred to them by a friend. I probably used them twice for gutter cleaning. They came on time and they did a good job. As for their price I haven't had much experience with others.
