Very unsatisfied customer... They did a great job on the initial visit. We were having our kitchen remodeled and needed new lighting and a panel upgrade as well as installation of certain appliances. We were satisfied with the work completed, and paid over $5,000 for everything. However, when it came time to call them back for the installation of dishwasher and range hood (which we already paid for), we had a very hard time getting someone to come out. At one point, they just stopped replying to our texts all together. We had to hire another service to install the appliances, so we basically paid for it twice. We are still waiting for our updated invoice as well. They also told us they would provide face plates for outlets and switches, but they did not. I ordered my own and tried to install, only to realize that they had installed outlets and switches crooked and the face plates do not line up properly. I'm so frustrated, and they won't return my calls and texts. Update: They finally returned my call, promising to come and install the range hood. They sent ONE person for a 2-person job and had to reschedule. On the rescheduled day, we were told they could not make it and would come the following day. They did not come the following day either, and are no longer replying to our messages!!

The first problem is getting them to come reasonably close to on time. They do not show and do not call that they are running substantially late or will not make it the scheduled day with a call coming from the customer. This happened over 5 visits. They lack a professional business conduct; although if one is willing to put up with keeping after them; the work will be done reasonably well. This company takes patience; not sure they are worth the effort.
