BLUE MOON KITCHENS & VANITIES INC

When we made the consultation with Blue Moon Kitchens went quite well until it came to the final planning and request and pressure for money. We were promised the "Sun "THE MOON" and the stars until Blue Moon got their 50% deposit ( under pressure). Once BLUE MOON got our money, the deception process began. The calls for the other 50% started, before our cabinets were even delivered. We are still in the process of correction to our kitchen, and had to re- purchase many of our cabinets from another company, and added expenses for labor, which we are still in the process of getting our kitchen completed.

This job was a NIGHTMARE! There are so many things that went wrong that it's impossible to list them all or even try and outline the details of each and every situation (because trust me...there were MANY). All I can say is that this company is far from fair, professional or trustworthy. They are masters at "roping you in," but quickly turn on you when a customer questions them. The owner, Jeff, is as far from professional as they come. I could not believe some of things that came out of his mouth at times. As a matter of fact, I would almost bet that he will respond to this note by blaming everything on me. Check some of the previous reports - this is his "MO." Bottomline - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The materials arrived on the schedule promised. There were no problems installing the counter.

THE SURFACE WAS CORIAN AND THEY DID NOT ORDER THE BACKSPLASH. WHEN THEY GOT THE PART 4 WEEKS LATER THEY INSTALLED IT INCORRECTLY. THEY DID NOT CALL ME OR SHOW UP TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH MY SERVICE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE JOB.

During the sales process, the company did answer all of our questions and provided information to help us make our decision. The countertop was delivered and installed in approximately 2 1/2 weeks. Unfortunately, they did not fabricate a part of the backsplash for the corner. The installer took the measurements and said they would return in a couple of weeks to install it. That did not happen. After a month, we started calling to set up an appointment to have the backsplash installed. There were a total of 3 appointments set where they neither showed up or called to rescheduled. Finally the installer showed up without calling. Fortunately, one of us was at home. The piece was off in size and did not resemble the rest of the countertop in edge detail. We were so frustrated in trying to work with this company we just had the installation done. We would not want to work with this company again.
