+ -1 moreEventually, the ignition control unit failed and Rick got the authorization from AHS to replace it. He came on a Saturday and put in a new unit since we had plans to travel the following weekend, we were happy the heat wold be functioning.
Description of Work: Rick was one of the contractors contacted by AHS (home warranty co we used w/the purchase of the house last May) and he was working aginst really cold weather and therefore a busy schedule. Hediagnosed the problem and tried solving it on his first visit but that wasn't possible. He came back 2 days later to check it and called a couple times duringa 5 day period.
