Description of Work: We use Carpet Tech for several RVs their work has always been impeccable. The last unit was unsellable due to pet stains and odors. After Jeff treated the unit, the camper went from being almost unusable to being the highlight of our last show.... Thanks!

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThis family-owned business is beyond belief–in a good way—in this day and age.I could have saved myself a ton of time, energy and money hadI known about them before last week. In recent years, I have used national carpet cleaning companies,rented machines and cleaned carpet myself, purchased a lot ofspot removers and pet stain/smell removers. And, the carpet stillhad spots, was not very clean, and had a not so great smell. In preparation for visitors, Carpet Tech does not cut corners---they do excellent work---and theircustomer service is unheard of in this day and age. They called me 2 days later to makesure all was ok---who does that anymore? I will not be using anyone else---nor will I be cleaning any carpets myself---anymore, ever!
Description of Work: Cleaned 2 rooms that i had tried to clean myself that had pet stains and smell. in doing so, i tried an idea i found on the web which was to pour club soda on the stains. in doing so, i awakened cat smells that must have been from previous tenants...so much worse than before. i thought i was going to have to replace the floor, padding and carpet! carpet tech spent hours working on this and cleaned the living room as well. not only did the carpet look like new, after a few days, all the smells were gone!
