Description of Work: JEFF BON....REMEMBER THAT NAME BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT HIM TO TOUCH ANYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE! SERIOUSLY! I needed a new furnace installed in my home. This person was referred to me by a friend. He had also worked on my sink and installed my toilet as well, right before my furnace was to be installed. He installed the entirely wrong furnace. I needed a steam boiler and he installed a water boiler. My pipes leaked. He was never on time for the job. He would say he was coming one day and then never show up. When he found out that he installed the wrong furnace he never came back. He even left his tools here (although they weren't worth a plug nickel as my dad would have said). I had to hire another company to come and install the correct furnace for me. What a disaster it was. Thank goodness for the other company they saved my home from freezing. This joker took months to get this furnace installed. He couldn't take it apart to get it down my steps. He had to remove the bannister on my steps to get it through. He did not want to deal with my husband maybe because he thought that my husband would catch on faster to his falseness. I also had trouble with my toilet after he installed it ( the insides were not installed correctly so it sprayed water all over the floor). My sink downstairs stopped working and so did my dishwasher. I still need a plumber to help me with that - only one side of my sink works. He also did my refrigerator water system which flows so slow my hair could turn gray waiting to get the water out of the refrigerator. Take it from me this is a poor choice for any kind of help.
