We could not have had a better experience with Rob from Owens Locksmith. Initially I wasn't sure of what to expect because I've never used the services of a locksmith before this occurrence. The first call to a locksmith (not on Angie's List) resulted in frustration and trepidation. Then I went to the Angie's list and Owens Locksmith was the second on the list, but the closest to my home. I scheduled appointment with the dispatcher, Joann, for 10-10:30. Rob pulled up the driveway @ 10:15. Rob was personable, responsive to questions, and provided lock "education" that was easy to understand as a laymen in the world of locksmithing. I would unquestionably use Rob and Owens Locksmith again if needed, and would recommend to friend and/or family without reservation. The experience was positive from the first call to the completion of the job! Tremendous experience!! Thank you Joann and Rob!!

Rob responded to my initial call immediately, during which we agreed on a date and time for him to come to our home. He was very punctual and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our front door lock (which was stuck), and he had the replacement part on hand. Within fifteen minutes, he corrected the problem. I would not hesitate to use Rob's services again. And as a side note, he is very easy-going and just a nice guy.

Called us back same day we left message, was here the next day, completed everything very efficiently, and was extremely professional in demeanor and appearance. Never left any shavings or other debris and had the equipment he needed to do the job on his truck. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again! His service was faultless.

Rob came within a few hours of my call, even though I had advised that it was not an emergency. He was very friendly and professional. We had new front and back doors installed a few years ago. Both doors as well as a side door were supposed to open using the same key. The key never worked for the back door and worked only with great difficulty for the front door. As we almost always came and went through the garage we really didn't mind. However, circumstances have changed and we wanted to be able to use the doors more frequently. Rob checked the locks, corrected the problems (the back door lock was rusted inside and had to be rebuilt) and provided new keys. Now all of the doors work perfectly. I was very happy with the work and definitely would call again if needed.

Rob was very professional and friendly. Called to let me know he would be delayed and gave approx time he would be arriving. Arrived when he said he would and did a great job. Would definitely recommend him for anyone needing a reliable, professional locksmith!

I called Rob on 10/19/12 to have a lock replaced. I needed a finish that he did not have in stock and he agreed to order it. He called me on 10/22/12 to tell me it was in. He installed the lock on 10/23/12.

Mr. Owens contacted me approximately 15 minutes before he arrived, he showed up on time, was neat, and had the job completed in under an hour. I would use Owens Locksmith again in the future.

I rate him highly. He responded right away because I had an emergency. He did it right away. I was trying to keep somebody out, a workman that I wasn't happy with who had left his stuff there. His price was fair. I would use him again.

Mr Owens put a cloth down when drilling hole for dead bolt and took all scraps away when done. He was prompt, professional, neat, wearing company shirt and showed up the day after my call, I recommend this company. He knows the security business and the company has over 30 years in business.

Mr. Owens showed up on time and presented a professional appearance. The first thing he did was show me that he could fix the old knob which I appreciated. Again I decided to replace it with the new unit I bought. Mr. Owens knows his stuff from years of experience, is very down to earth and 'gets it', do a good job for a reasonable rate and your business will thrive. Long story short he had the new unit on in no time, took the time to drill out the dead bolt receiver because when the house was built in the 70's it was not made deep enough for the dead bolt to truly lock (which he really didn't have to do I would have never known the difference), was innovative in covering up a hole that somebody previously had done a bad job on when putting the last door handle on and educated me on locks the whole time and even told me the questions I should have asked him but didn't (like was he bonded, he didn't know that Angie's List told me he was) . A good experience all the way around.

We wanted all the deadbolts in our home replaced and keyed to the same key. We also wanted the front door to have a keypad for keyless entry. I told Mr. Owens what we wanted and which brands we where considers and he made suggestion and offered reason for those suggest. He arrived on time and did a fabulous job. I will recommand Owens Lochsmith to friends and family.

We had just purchased a new home and wanted to have the locks rekeyed. It was a nice experience, i called owens on monday and made the appointment for wed. He gave me a time between 1 and 2 o'clock and he called me 15 minutes before he arrived at the house to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and he did quality work. He made sure all the keys worked before he left and he gave me a few pointers about our hardwood floors.

I had a very tight time issue to work with and he promised he would arrive on time and finish in time for me to get to my appointment for work. I called 3 locksmiths and left messages, he was the only one who got back to me that very night even though it was after hours. One never returned my call at all and the other was very unprofessional when he finally did. Robert charged exactly what he quoted and the experience was very good. He finished with time to spare and did an exceptional job.
