If you are a small fish (meaning you have a small residential project like a bathroom shower) in the this great big pond - don't expect anything but being put on the back burner. We were told week after week that they would call us and let us know when they could schedule us and it never happened. 6 months later - I finally called and said it had to be done this week, no and, ifs or buts and it finally happened. Don't get me wrong - they did great work! 
They said they would show up between 7:30-8am - and they were here at 7:20am! Who shows up early these days? It was wonderful. There was 3 guys and they were in and out in less than 3 hours and the shower looks great! Just don't call these guys if you expect it to be done quickly - because it won't be. (Now, if you have a large project, that might be different but not a small one)
