 + -1 moreWay's Lawn Care will send someone out weekly during the summer and provide quality moving and edging services. In the spring and fall the service is less frequent as the grass needs it. It is a rare occasion when I have to contact them to request a change of service or express a dissatisfaction of any kind. When I do contact them it is generally only to request additional lawn services not covered under our agreement which they are more than willing to provide. They are diligent about securing after their visits and make sure that gates are closed and locked before they leave. I would not be continuing to contract with them if I was in anyway displeased or disappointed in their service. Thank you.
Description of Work: Way's Lawn Care has provided excellent weekly / as needed lawn moving, edging services for more than 10 years for my property and I renew my contract with them annually because I am pleased with their services. I have recommended them to neighbors in my development over the years.

 + 0 moreOverall was a frustrating experience
Description of Work: It took me several phone calls to reach them for snow removal. I finally was able to actually talk to someone and we set up an apt for them to come to my house. They never showed up, never called to say why they weren't coming and never answered my calls to them to ask why they did not show up. I was willing to reschedule but to this day they have never called me back. If this is how they handle inquiries I question the timeliness and quality of their work. Don't even bother trying to reach these people.
