It went very well. These guys are hands down not just the best John Deere dealers around, they are the best equipment dealers around. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of throughout the process, and we looked for two years. They were always helpful and gracious.

The BEST Customer Service EVER! This company really took care of us. Our riding mower had the engine go out at the end of warrenty. They worked with the manufacturer and got our repair covered at no charge. They came and picked up our unit, brought us a loaner, returned our unit and picked up the loaner. Top Notch, Products, Sales, and Service. They definately depict ideal Service-After-The-Sale! We Love this Place and recomommend it to every one. This is just one example of many experiences wit them that we could share.

I was very satisfied. They're very professional and thorough. The quality of their service is good. It's a fairly good size operation and covers everything.

In 1998 I bought a little lawn and garden tractor from Valley Ag and Turf in Harrisburg. Nothing out of the ordinary happened during the sale and my first few years of ownership. It was a simple sale and these folks did everything they said they would do. The tractor in the end turned out to be one of the best buys I've ever made. I used it for cutting grass to gathering leaves in the fall I don't know if anything has been abused more and kept on ticking the way my tractor has. I still use it every weekend in the summer 13 years later. In 2001 I got divorced, moved into an apartment and put the tractor into storage. I didn't drain the oil or the gas. In 2005 I had it taken out of storage. A quick charge to the dead battery and it started right up! Inflated the tires and tuned it up and it was back to work. In 2010 my new wife and I were looking for some land or a farmette. We also knew we'd need a bigger tractor. Old' Greeny, what we now call the lawn tractor, just wasn't enough tractor for all the work we'd have. I knew I wanted a John Deere so in January we stopped by The Valley Ag and Turf display at The PA Farm Show. We met Mr. Kutt, the owner. Nicest gentleman. He spent a significant amount of time talking to us about land, farms, farm work the area we were looking for land and little, if any time, talking abou this tractors. He gave us the number of his store in Halifax. He told us to ask for his son Tige, he'd show us aound the area where we were looking for land. Now let me be clear, Tige sells tractors, he's not a Real Estate agent. However, for few hours one afternoon in the winter of 2010 Tige took his own time and played realtor and showed us around. We never did buy a tractor last year. We didn't find a place until late in the year and moved in after Thanksgiving, so a tractor could wait a few months. The beginning of this year, 201,1 we went back to the Farm Show ready to see what was new at John Deere and to buy a tractor. Unfortunately we missed Mr. Kutt. But we did meet Tom Snow, their salesman. Tom very patiently over a number of weeks helped us figure out what compact utility tractor we wanted. A few weeks ago the tractor arrived. I am sorry I can not remember the gentleman's name that delivered it. But he took his time and went over the tractor with us. He knew his stuff, He had us up and running and feeling confident about operating this new piece of machinery. Quality and service like this is hard find. I can only say it has been proven to me how well a Deere really runs. And I don't know if a sales group has been more focused on taking care of me as a customer then Valley Ag and Turf. they have been exceptional! I highly recommend John Deere and Valley Ag and Turf!
