Lawn looks worse than before we started using their services. We have tons of weeds, crab grass and clover. Don't waste your money.

They were here today, and we have been using them since last year. They are a really good company, and the gentleman who services our area is very professional, he goes out of his way, to make sure you are getting what you want. I have 3 quarters acre of property, and it is next to a public pond, I get a lot of ticks and fleas and I have dogs. We noticed early last year that we had the problem, so we called them out to treat the property for flea and ticks, and they came out today to give us another quote to include lawn care. We are on a revolving schedule with them and they come out every 4-5 weeks to spray the property. They accept credit cards and if you pay for the season, upfront, they give you a 10% discount. They are very personable, they go above and beyond, to make sure you get what you need, they explain the chemicals and what it does, what not to do and what to do. The gentleman who takes care of my property knows I have 2 dogs, so he will always knock on the door, before he starts spraying to let me know that he is here, so he gives me the opportunity to take the dogs out, because they can't go out immediately after he sprays, we have to wait an hour or two. I think that personally is awesome. He always takes the time to make sure that my animals are taken care of, and he is not subjecting them to anything while we are waiting for things to settle down. You don't need to be home when they come out to do the work, they automatically come and spray the property and leave a little flag, so that you know that they were here.

I hired Scott's for lawn care in 2012. In the beginning of the spring, I would say they did a really good job of eliminating weeds. My lawn looked better than my neighbors, no question about it. In June, I added Ortho pest control. I paid for the "year" for the Ortho in June. As the summer went on, I would say that the lawn got more weeds, especially the low to the ground weeds. I had to question them at least once because they appeared to stop the treatment about 10 feet from my neighbor's yard, so the edges of my yard were getting more & more weeds. By the end of the year, I had decided I would probably not use them again for lawn care. Recently I started getting some bugs in my house and contacted them to come back to the house to treat it for bugs. I was told that the "year" was a calendar year, not 12 months. So I paid for the "year" all at once in June, and only got 6 months of coverage. My lawn is currently completely full of weeds. I have made the decision to go with other companies for both lawn & pest control services. I hope for better luck this year.

Called to schedule a visit to my home for an estimate. Someone told me a technician would call to schedule an appointment. Technician called; I was unavailable, so he left a message. I returned his call and had to leave a message, but he did not return my call. I then called the office again. A young woman said she could give me an estimate using Google maps to determine the size of my property. I said, "No thanks, I'd like to have a human visit my home to visit my home and explain what/why certain chemicals would be used. The woman said she would have a tech. contact me. I never received a call from anyone at the company. I guess that business must have been so good that they could afford to "blow off" a customer who was ready to spend money for their services.

They were nice, here when they said they would be, but I wasn’t happy with the outcome. We talked to them about the problems that we were having. They acknowledged the problems, but ultimately never met our expectations, so we switched to another company.

On 9/10/2012 TruGreen Lititz came out to aerate and overseed yard, but could only do front yard as machine would not fit through backyard gate. The technician said someone would be back the next day to finish with a smaller machine. Since that date, not only has no one returned, but no one has returned one of my 5 calls left with TruGreen customer service reps (at the only number available to call them, which is a corporate number). Also, the lawn service started without a phone call to let me know they were coming as requested (I have dogs outside and need a heads-up). Twice, customer service (in Virginia) scheduled an appointment for them to come, but no one ever showed (or contacted me). Initially, they were very quick to call me back to sell their services, very quick to charge my credit card, but that's the extent of their interest. Bad experience. Cancelled services today and asked the customer service rep at corporate if anyone would like to know why I'm cancelling and she laughed and said, and quot;No Ma'am.and quot; In today's economy? Really?

They come about seven times a year. We are happy with their services and they do a good job.

They do a good job. I like them a lot.

They are professional but they are not really helping me with the problems that I have with the lawn. I don't think that I would still use them anymore in the future again.

Their service is fine. It is about 6 applications a year and approximately $60.00 an application.

I'm very happy with what they've done for my lawn. They are comparable with the same type of lawn service companies. Overall, they are awesome. The other thing that I like about them is the people that do it. The men that actually apply the product come and talk to me and tell me what they've done, how my lawn is doing and what else they can do. They are very customer service oriented.

I have been using them now for probably 7-8 years. I had a problem sometime at the beginning of the month. They called and asked if I wanted them to come out and do the first process. I said not right now because I wanted to do some yard work. I said I would like for them to come out the following week. They said they were going to come the week of April 12th. Nobody ever came. I called a couple of times and didn't get any calls back. That made me a little angry. They did finally come out a few weeks ago. That just didn't set good with me. Most of the time when you call, someone will call you back. They couldn't give me an explanation for the lack of response. The price isn't bad. It's reasonable. From the time that I first started doing business with them, the price has only increased a little bit. I don't stay with someone if they aren't doing good business. I can always go somewhere else.

I had five applications to kill the weeds and get the grass restarted again. They gave me a great price because I checked around. They were very reliable...no issues. They were great. My only minor complaint is that they solicit a lot for other services, which I didn't like.

I have been a long time customer, since we moved into our home 30 years ago. They primarily treat for dandelions. They do a good job of treating for those and other types of weeds. They have always been easy to work with, help with concerns and do anything I ask.

They do a controlled application, so it does not cause any pollution. They come on an automatic schedule. I don’t really have to worry about it. They don’t need me around to do their treatments.

They are okay. They are probably a little more expensive than what they are worth.

They were fine. There was nothing that was out of the ordinary and there was nothing that was bad. My overall experience with them was very good. Their price was cheaper than the other service provider. They were fine in terms of the quality of their work, punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism.

The bottom line is that it wasn't completed until eight weeks later. Upon repeatedly calling them, I was told to hold. The person who answered the phone, laid it on the counter and commenced to shoot the breeze with some one. This was not an isolated occurance. It happened every time I called. Upon picking up the phone and asking for status, I was then told a litney of excuses why it wasn't done. During one of the phone calls I learned that the chain saw needed a Carborator and they had the carborator there. And again because of the workload, has not been able to get to it. But will try since it only takes 15 minutes to instal. During the eighth week I was still informed about how busy they are. I then said that I'll pick it up then. Miraculously it was completed within the hour of the call. Mind you the work was no more then 15 minutes. I was still charge an hour's labor, then informed to be there NLT 12:00 Noon (within the hour) or forget about it. The cost ended up being excessive. No discount for the inconvenience he caused me. And his professionalism was horrible. Needless to say I will not be going back there again.the
