He was prompt (actually a few minutes early) and very professional. He listened to what I needed/wanted and explained what he would do and went right to work. I had actually bought new door handles with locks thinking mine would need replaced, but Jeff was able to fix the original so they worked properly and re-keyed them. I was very satisfied with the end result plus I was able to return what I had purchased, which saved me money, Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was the only one that was able to schedule an appt the same day. I spoke to him at 8:30am, and I met him at 1:30. He worked a miracle! I had lost the only key. My car had the locks changed previously. Who ever did the work before left out some 2 tumblers. This made is extremely difficult make a match.

They were the first company to return my message, it was almost immediate! I scheduled an appointment and they rekeyed 6 locks and added a deadbolt to one door. They were very professional and gave excellent advice on taking care of our new home.

The individual who provided the service called in advance and provided arrival time and was early. The individual did and excellent job and worked around other events going on without issue. When one lock had issue, the person was back out within a day and corrected the issue.

Polite, professional. I called twice, second time because I had to change appointment time. Both calls answered quickly by owner (didn'y get an answering machine). Was there when he said he would be. Very pleased with results.

Summit was the best! When I called to schedule an apointment, there were none available until tomorrow, but Nick called and said he had some time and could come a day early, which was wonderful for us. We wanted to have all of the locks on the house on one key, but Nick explained that we couldn't use the key we wanted as the master because it was manufactured earlier than 1978 and could not work with the new locks. He offered to rekey the old locks with a key from one of the new locks, but I explained that I thought that the new locks were cheap and flimsy and wanted sturdier locks. Of the 5 keyed locks in the house, we changed 4 with heavy-duty, commercial grade locks. Nick also had to replace a broken lock on the patio door and had to go get a part, which I thought would delay the job a day, but he was back within a half an hour. Nick worked steadily for over two hours. He was very personable and very knowledgeable and had good alternatives when the course of action we wanted to take could not be accomplicerd. We were very impressed and would recommend SUMMIT without reservation. And, by the way, we flet that $350 was more than reasonable for all the work that was done, especially considering that we got 4 new locks as well.

It went very well, he was very punctual and professional. I was in the house when he showed up, by the time he I came outside he had my shed opened up in no time. I would recommend him to anyone. ..

I was locked out of my house after leaving my son at the bus stop for school. Called and Jeff came out within 20 minutes. Very professional, very prompt. He made two keys for me while he was there. Highly recommend this company!

The Locksmith met us within 30 minutes of our call. A door had been damaged which prevented the lock from working properly. The Locksmith repaired the old lock so that it would work and made extra keys. He was punctual, friendly, patient and professional. I'll keep the name and number for further reference and recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.

I called and he said he would be over in 30 minutes. Shortly after speaking with him he called back and asked if I would be ok with a delay as he had an emergency situation with a child locked in a car and would be there after getting child out. If he had not asked I would have insisted he go rescue the child first. He apologized for his delay and immediately got to work. He was great and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He was courteous, and offered suggestions for my safety. He was very professional and completed the job quickly and neatly.

Everything went as smoothly as one could want. They charged exactly what they said they would, they came exactly when they said they would and they did exactly what they said they would. Trustworthy and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

When I called to schedule they gave me the name of the worker who would be coming out, he arrived at the set time in a company truck. He took lock apart and cleaned, replaced some of the pins, applied WD40 lubricant. He was very professional, helpful and friendly

Call Summit and Jeff answered. He said that they would be available the next day at 9:30am. However much to my surprised not only they at the job site before 9:30am, but the the job was completed also. He was able to successfully replace the lock on the mailbox.

I called Summit Locksmith today and expected to have to leave a message. However, Jeff immediately answered the phone and set up a time to come out today. A short time later, he arrived and made the keys--they actually work better than the old key we lost! Hopefully we won't lose any more keys, but if we do or if we need any other other locksmithing services, we will definitely be calling Summit Locksmith. Very courteous and professional.

The gentleman did a great job. I felt that the work was priced higher than I thought for the plain brass knob that got. I felt like I should have got a decorative doorknob for the money that I spent. He was prompt and pleasant on the phone. He did give provide us with several extra keys. I wish we he would have offered me more choices or explained the process a little better. I didn't feel like he provided my any options to consider.

I called on a Wednesday and the gentleman showed up the next day as promised. He put drop cloths down as he drilled out the hole in the wooden doors. He then rekeyed each lock and cut three new keys for me. He did not even charge me for the newly cut keys. He supplied the new deadbolts. He spent a few hours doing the work and the actual cost came in lower than the estimate.
