Description of Work: Diagnosed my Samsung washer as a bad control board. Paid $150 for service call and new part. Had to call them 2 weeks later to see what happened. Part was not in. Week later the part came in and they installed it. No change, washer still had problem. They said I should call Samsung to see what Samsung wanted to do. I called Samsung and they recommended no service company to look. Nace Appliance came out and the service tech said it could be another part but it would be trial and error. Cost would be almost the same as a replacement washer. Calle Sarcon LLC back and requested a refund on the part as it was not the source but have not heard back. Would like the cost of the part = $50.00 refund feel that I should pay for the service call but not the part. | |I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: It was a replacement for the pump in a dishwasher. They responded promptly to my inquiry and the service was completed promptly. The technician noticed the bracket was not installed and is coming back to install after ordering. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent and hoses and tub. They were prompt with responses and punctual. They did complete the service but left my laundry room a total mess, with dirty shoe prints, trash, and didn't put things back that they had moved. I will not be using their service again.

Description of Work: Very good workmanship. The repairman got our dishwasher working quietly again. Very responsive and pleasant. I was bothered by the fact that he arrived in an unmarked (company name) vehicle and had no identifying labels on his clothing. He was a sub-contractor. I am concerned about vender responsibility when there is no real tie to the service.

He was very nice and it didn't take him long to find the problem.
Description of Work: took microwave panel off to find cause of hood light that didn't work.. Determined we had a burnt relay. Said it would be expensive to replace the relay. Nothing further was done.

The technician showed up on time and completed the repair in one hour. One small part was broken. Total cost was $200 without the $35 Angie's List coupon. At most, the part cost $10, so without coupon, $190/hour labor seems very steep. The work was done professionally, but due to a language barrier, it was very tough to get the technician to communicate the exact problem. Overall, while the work was performed satisfactorily, due to the steep price as well as language barrier, I'll probably choose another service provider in the future.
Description of Work: My dishwasher was broken and shoot water all over the place. Called Sarcon and had a technician come and repair the dishwasher.

My wife and I bought a new home with an existing refridge and freezer but the ice maker was not attached. SARCON came and installed a water line and attached the ice maker. Something was wrong and they returned to complete the job. The repair guy got right to work wasting no time at all. He assured us that if the ice maker did not work he would be back. We called and he returned. I would use this company again because of their no nonsense attitude, promptness and willingness to finish a job right.

Very pleased with the quick identification of the problem. Service person was friendly and competent. Replace the drain pump and wash appears to work properlly. However, I questioned the balance problem and service person said it was in balance. when I did wash after repair still had load of wash off balance. Since this wasn't the problem I called them about, I can't really fault them for not repairing it, but was a little disappointed that i still have the problem.
