They called ahead and were on time. The service guy was professional and found the problem in a short time and made a repair. Another Angie's list provider told us to just buy a new one and yet another Angie's list provider said a service person would contact us in a day and we never heard from them.

He gave me the wrong information on my dryer. He told me he thought it was the motor and it would cost 340.00 for a new motor. He then told me this visit would cost me 45.00. When I told him I prepaid for his great deal at 59.00 he said he would give me the 14.00 back if I ordered the motor. I called another service because I did not trust what he told me and it turned out to be an electrical issue not the motor. I was over charged on the "Deal" he had on Angie's list and I would have spent over 300.00 on a new motor and still had a problem.

Cleaned and fixed the dryer. Tested parts found ok, cleaned and solved the problem. Fair and honest:)

It turned out that the manual we used for the model number (the model and serial number were nowhere to be found anywhere on or inside the dryer) was an old manual for a dryer previous to the one we were having repaired. The previous home owner never threw it away after he got rid of the old dryer. The repairman returned after two weeks to reinstall the thermostat and to tell me that the the timers that were sent to him in no way match the electrical connections of the current timer. So it looks like the model we have is too old to repair, and we may just be better off getting a new one. Disappointing? Yes, but now we know and we're currently in the market for a new gas dryer. The repairman was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He tried very hard to help us, but was unable to do so due to circumstances beyond his control. If I had a quibble, it would be that I had to call them several times to find out if they had yet received a new timer. I hate having to "chase" after repair person via telephone, so I would have appreciated a call at the end of each week stating the status of the timer. An extra bonus for me was that SARCON's dispatching offices are just two blocks away from where I live.

Provider was punctual, he went right to business, he did excellent repair work, he cautioned about need for periodic dryer vent cleaning, he was very professional.

I contacted Sarcon on a Friday, and the owner told me someone would be at my house the next morning. Fraz, with apprentice Zihar, arrived on time, and set to work diagnosing the problem. Both were friendly but got down to work immediately. Once he had conducted some tests, Fraz explained the possible causes of the problem, and told me how he would proceed. He explained that if it was the fan he suspected, it would be an affordable replacement, but that if it was the condenser that was malfunctioning, replacement would be too costly for a refrigerator as old as ours. Fortunately, the fan turned out to be the problem, and Fraz and Zihar replaced it quickly, and then tested the refrigerator and freezer temperatures over a short period of time to make sure both were getting steadily colder. Fraz explained that it would take several hours to reach the target temperatures, and his prediction was exactly accurate. I would definitely use Sarcon again.

They never repaired it. He never really took it apart, and I got the distinct impression that he didn't actually want to fix it.

I was impressed by the technician's intelligence and competence. He was like a doctor of appliances. He fixed the dryer with a part he had in his truck, and came back the next day, a Saturday, to install a new transmission on the washer. I was very pleased at his service and would call him again.

Two people showed up; at first I wasn't sure why two were needed. In the end due to the physical work needed it turned out ok. I'm not sure if the second was an apprentice or what.

11 year old refrigerator/freezer stopped working, emailed Sarcon via Angie's list on Saturday, and by Saturday night, they had confirmed that they could look at it Tuesday morning. Nice. Quicker than I expected. Took half-day vacation, and when they hadn't come by 11 am, I called and they said they would be there by 12:30. The tech arrived before 12, and by 12:45, had it fixed, yay. Had the required parts right in the vehicle. After diagnosing the problem, the tech laid out my options, and then quickly repaired it. Gave me a discount because they were a little late, but not a big problem for me.

Service was excellent. Professional, punctual, and competent. I called and had an appointment the same day. Parts needed to be ordered and that only took 1-2 days and another appointment was made at that time. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend Sarcon.

I contacted vendor thru Angie's List and at same time bought a Big Deal $100 certificated for $59 Technicain visit. for following daiy. Technician arrived on time and total time for service was about an hour, Very efficient.

Serviceman was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. The On/Off button did not work and he told me it was a pully. He had the part needed on his truck so he did the repair. I don't remember the exactly how long it took him to do the repair but it wasn't long - maybe 30 minutes. The dryer has worked fine ever since. I had gotten a Big Deal through Angie's List for a repair. I paid $50 to get a $100 discount on the total bill from SARepairservices for an appliance repair. I don't know what repair places are charging now because I haven't needed to use one. The price after my $100 discount was $128.74.plus the $50 I paid to Angie's List came to $178.74. I think that was high, but, as I said, I haven't used an appliance repairman in some time.

Pleasant & polite on phone. Service the same day. When an opening became available earlier in day called to see if I was interested. Arrived within window of time explained. Was professional, neat and proficient. Explained cost up front and what problem was.

Technician was on time, diagnosed problem quickly, bailed water from washer tub, removed a small piece of clothing from the drain pipe and cleaned up. Cost was $153.00 for 45 minutes, total time before $35.00 Angie's list coupon.

Repair man was very thorough, wanted to research the problem and get back. Called the next day with the solution and parts. Replaced motor and cleaned up.

They arrived on time, made the diagnosis, gave me the cost to repair which I okay'd, and made the repair at the initial visit.

Plumber arrived within the 2-hour time period we were advised of. They worked steadily and thoroughly (had brought all correct replacement parts for the refrigerator model we have). They cleaned up very well after replacing all the food he had to remove from the refrigerator to do the work.

On time, did excellent work, pleasant to deal with. Replaced overload relay & capacitor.

The repair took 9 days to complete due to issues with parts that were incorrect. I do not believe it was due to the technician. He was very courteous and only charged me for the part and labor. The end result was my dryer works and is quieter than it had been in a while. Price paid reflects a $35 reduction from a coupon on Angie's list.
