ROZMAN BROS SCR & DENT APLNCE

Rozman Brothers was the 5th appliance store we visited, after Sears, Lowes, Brubaker's, and Home Depot. It was really down to Brubaker and Rozman Brothers, both local companies who offered very good deals. It seems at Sears and the home improvement stores, they charge for all the extras and, at Sears anyway, we had to open a store card to get the discount. I didn't want to finance the purchase, I just wish they could give a customer a straight deal without all the catches. We had narrowed it down to one line of appliances (GE Profile) and already had quoted prices from other stores. Pat Rozman had in his warehouse the nice, new appliances that fit into the limited space of our 1960s house. He beat the other prices we had received from the other stores. Since Brubaker offered all the extra cords, hoses, and cleaning products for free, they matched that too, and free delivery. Since everything was in the warehouse, we received the appliances the same week. We were told delivery would be Friday morning, probably a little after 8. We received a phone call at 7:45, letting us know the delivery men were on their way, and true to their word, they were here at about 10 after 8. These two delivery fellows were very nice, and VERY professional. They quickly had our front door off the hinges, propped the storm door, and carefully pulled out our old appliances and installed the new appliances.I was totally impressed with the care taken to not mark any walls, furniture, or our hardwood floors. They tested the appliances and went over some basic trouble-shooting with us (although we've had no trouble). Then cleaned up their stuff and put our doors back to normal working order and left. Very swift and professional. We are also very pleased with the appliances we received - GE Profile stainless steel fridge (bottom freezer with side-by-side doors and in-door water dispenser). The electric range is glass top and convection oven, and I couldn't be happier, it works so well, looks clean and nice. Also got the matching 18" dishwasher. Who knew how nice it looks to have everything match?! We were very pleased with the entire process and would recommend Rozman Brothers to anyone/everyone!
