The manager's inflexibility and ungraciousness over the phone and overall testiness would make me very reluctant to deal with this company again. Playing hardnose with a customer, when it is not necessary, is not smart management. Tact and compromise, geez, try it. Life's too short. An and quot;Fand quot;.
