The senior and assistant analysts were excellent, friendly and verty knowledgeable.

The guy that came out was honest with us and gave us guidance in how to attack the problem.

I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do.

They never informed me about my result. I felt like they cheated my if my money. Bad reviews, credit card company and state licensing board will be notified.

The technician was very sweet and made us feel comfortable throughout the inspection. He was very knowledgeable in mold. He helped us understand the different types of mold and the possible causes. We would highly recommend them!!

The project was scheduled for 11/27/18 but was rescheduled for the next day. I hired them and the technician charged $846.00- this was much higher than original quote. I had to ask for a copy of the paperwork after the the payment on the charges tchnician stated the company would send me a receipt. I made a copy and stopped the payment. The technician claimed we have mold in the HVAC system yet run air quality tests with the system off even after I asked to turn it on. I have not received any results from this test. Test conducted 11/28/18. The company stated results would be back 7 - 10 business days. I have to find another company to do the air quality test in my home because my wife is ill and I cannot trust the results from this company even if I get them.

Mr Henry Smith was on time, very professional at what he does he not only expained to me what was going on he made sure he answered all of my questions and concerns talking to him about my experience in my home he understood me he was able too show me areas around the outside of my home and pin point the possibility of how and,where the problems occurred I learned a lot mist of all always have my home tested before moving in this would savee and my love ones alot of health issues pain and suffering in the future I would highly recommend the mold testing company to any and everyone who needs assistance with mold it is so worth it thanks Mr Henry Smith and the molding company

I was very pleased with Ken Wall with Firecracker Home Inspections.

Unbelievably expensive. Charged $1,160 for a 1000sqft cabin, then did not test the crawl space and balked at testing more than one room on each level (2br, 2ba w/laundry room). The tech was influenced by our tenant and his reaction was alarming. We were so concerned we hired another company for a second opinion. AND.... we have yet to see the laboratory results.

They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less.

The company works closely with Bio-Cide Laboratories who provide a chemical solution to helping solve mold problems.

Jeremiah was amazing with customer service. Attentive, always responded. Lamar was the technician. I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable.

Very thorough inspection. Waiting for lab results now.

Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company.

They were incredible! They were the most thorough company of the 5 that we contacted. Jeremiah looked at everything and even called us back after hours to let us know how it came out. He told us he would treat the home as if it was his own. And he did! He did not cut any corners. He finally helped us solve our mold problem!
