Almost immediately, this company contacted me and came out the next day. They were very professional in all the services they provided.

I received my call earlier today, and discussed my concerns. I wanted to start the process toward remediation asap! Mr. Griffin was at my house 4 hrs later. He was professional, compassionate, and answered all my questions, since this was a new experience for me and of concern. By 3pm, my home was totally inspected and my airborne samples were collected and headed to the GA lab for testing and results. Within minutes, a email to track my lab results status was sent to my phone! I can't do anything until the results are determined,and Mr. Turner, Senior Mold Analyst gets the report! The ball is rolling! MsV

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

Guy was polite and explained what he was doing.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.

I am still waiting for the result of tests taken 3/25/2019.

IT IS ALL GREEK TO ME. WHEN SOME ONE TELLS YOU ABOUT/MOLD SPOORES OK BUT FOR LAY PEOPLE ?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOLD TESTING OR REMEDIATION NEEDS. I wanted to have a mold test for some peace of mind. I was told the cost would be $199. When the tech came out I was told to truly know what was going on I needed to do additional tests that would cost $700. I gave the go ahead and then waited for my report. I received a call from the Sr. Mold Analyst who told me that I had toxic mold in my house and that I should talk to his top guy at their sister company who would help me with remediation. That guy tried to sell me a DIY kit for $2500!! They were fast talking salesmen who invoke panic in people for their own gain. I had another company come out today who told me that there is no visible mold and that no remediation is required at all. Mold Test Company is a scam. I will be reporting them to any and every agency that will listen to me. Putting people through this is despicable. I'm thankful I'm only out $750 and didn't believe the test results and their fast talking, shady, fear tactics.

I hired Mold Test company for mold inspection. The inspector showed me pictures of mold in my attic and in cold air return ducts, said it was bad. He also took air quality tests and surface wipes about 2 week later received voicemail they had lab results. After 4 days of leaving voicemails a different person returned the call and gave me the lab numbers over the phone without having emailed the results first as I understood they would do. (did receive them in email afterwards) Difficult to understand the info without having something to look at. The gist was I had a serious mold problem needing remediation even before I had my roof repaired. I kept asking questions and he kept wanting to transfer me to another company they promote for remediation. When I spoke with that company tried to hard sell me their do it yourself kit which I repeatedly said I did not want. Even got a second call from them trying to sell product. During the time I was playing phone tag for lab results, I had gotten an estimate from another company for remediation. When I called them with lab report they said I DID NOT need remediation. Even came out for visual inspection (new company) could not find any abnormal evidence of mold and certainly not what I described shown in pictures shown to me by original inspector. Was also told that using the outside air as a baseline in winter to compare to indoor air should not be done as there are very limited spores outside in winter. Second company uses a scale determined by their lab. On top of this 2 other people looked at attic and air ducts and found no mold. This company does not deserve the half star I had to give them and would not recommend to anyone, end of story.

They came in with a low price they didn't keep their promises where they said to mold swab test that was out of the window unless I got the package deal which was much higher than what they estimated at 199 that was just a lie I would never deal with this company again once I get my air quality test I paid $199 for air test mold that got it no mold from from him his own self I would never use this company again or recommend

While I was not at the house when this test was conducted my realtor was and said that the tester tried to leave the house without completing any test what so ever. I will never use this company again and have yet to receive a report.

There was some early confusing about pricing for the initial test. Once we reached out by phone those issues were sorted out. Hey are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to mold remediation and testing

They were very professional and on time. Answered all my questions took samples and explained the process it would take to get results. And gave me a number to call with questions and a person to walk me through this until I get the report in my hands.The price was very reasonable and I would use this company again and recommed them to anyone who needs this type of service.

Friendly. Informative. Very expensive! Thought cost was $199, but had to pay $599!... I needed to know what was lurking, so I paid. Luckily they take credit cards!

These guys are pro's from the word GO! They answered every question we had. And offered us additional testing for mycotoxins and bacteria. Great job!

Inspector was a bit hard to understand

The guys had me scared to live in my own house. They told me I had black mold in my house and that it was unsafe to live in and that I need to vacate. I wrote them a check and soon after a woman called me saying there was a problem with the check. I went to my bank to see what was going on and was told by my bank that there was no problem with the check. The lady from the company then requested that I give my debit card information to her over the phone.
