Mold Test Company PA

They did what they said they are going to do which was test for mold. They stated it was becasue of a leak in roof. I hired a roofing company and they did not find a leak. I hold them responsible for that.

The company offered a test I could do myself at a reduced rate which really helped to shape the direction I needed to go. No one else offered that. In addition, the salesman was very helpful

I was told by the initial contact, that payment was not due until the report was in. however, this was not true. Other than that, the serviceman was helpful and friendly. and did a good job

I felt surprised they called with the results so quickly then transferred me off to a chemical do it yourself company who put on the hard sell - because they could save me thousands of dollars. Now I feel they are working together to hoodwink homeowners.

The tech that was sent was knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling was a breeze, even though we had to make an adjustment he was very flexible. Results called on time still have to discuss the results but follow up has been good so far.

This is the worst experience we have ever had with a so called professional Had someone who worked at Lowes in 2nd job come to do test on 9 11/19 he had to change appt time due to making deliveries for his other jobThen when he got here he really didn t do much Didn t get down to look under things in basement & only brought 2 swabs instead of 3 Couldn t answer our questions, took our check but left no receipt or contact numbers WORST $250.00 We ve ever spent Then when I finally got in touch with them through Home Advisor.com they kept calling me by the wrong name Said they would call me back on the next day within 24 hours I cAlled them back & they said they would have a woman call me right back right away . I waited all day & no one called. I called again the next day & talked with the manager He looked up our name & no results were found He said the lab never go them. He agreed to refund my money so I will see if it happens This is ridiculous &by far the worst experience we've had with any professionasl!
