It could not have gone better. The crew even worked on a rainy day until it became more of a deluge. I can't say enough good things about this company and wish that the other reviewer had a better experience with them. Hard to believe it's the same company we are talking about!

I called on a Friday and requested an estimate for grading and seeding a small area and also for an overseed/re-seed of a larger area. Individual on the phone told me that they could give me a price but that they probably wouldn't be out until early the following week. Two weeks later, to the day, I had no estimate. I called and left a message inquiring about my request. I received a call back from an individual who stated that the job was on the other estimators desk and that I should have something by Monday. I had nothing and actually waited until the end of the day on Tuesday before calling. This time, the person I spoke to was the other estimator. I explained why I was calling and they said "oh, ha, I must have lost your phone number. I was out at your house and we can't do the overseed/re-seed and that small area is going to be pretty salty because we have to stabilize our equipment." I then asked what the cost would be and was told that the person was not in the office but that they would be happy to call me the following day. I provided a work telephone number and, here it is, the next evening and still no estimate. The area that I want graded and seeded is not larger than 15' x 30' and is completely flat. This company's website specifically states that they respond fast. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is interested in receiving an estimate in any reasonable amount of time. They don't follow up and apparently don't care.
