basement waterproofing
+ -1 morewhat they did does not work! There is now more water coming in more places than before the job was done. As stated above the concrete finishing is awful and needs redone, as does the whole job. We had Danny Lugaro come back out two weeks later to see that it wasn't working. He wasbaffled and said he would talk to his brother and get back to us; they never have!!! they refuse to return any of our MANY phone calls and we have now filed suit with the attorney general.
Description of Work: they came and removed an area about one foot wideallaround the basement walls and installed plastic pipe, a new drainage catcher and a new water pump, then pored new concrete over the open ditch. The work was completed in two daysas promissed. The concretefinishing job was terrible; it is nothing but hills, ridges and low spots, and very rough; it looks as if it was finished by hand literally, without using a trowel. They said it would be better when it set. It is not.
