had to use crane to lift tree from back yard. some delays due to soft ground which was ok because it was my neighbor,s ground, so actually care was given to prevent problems.

I found him a couple of years ago when I was going through my phone book to pre-screen the service providers myself as I had a large amount of tree work to be done. I had six local service providers who quoted and he ended up getting the work. He did everything that he was supposed to do. I call him if I have any trim work to be done but I do all my landscaping work on my own. He is a good guy. I have some work for him now. I have a branch that needs to come off a big tree. I literally gave it to him saying that he could do it whenever he gets here. He could stop by and do it anytime this summer when he gets an open time. The tree service providers could be interesting. I spoke to four or five of them and I did not plan on talking to some of them after the first phone conversation. The others were very good and very professional but very expensive. L T Land and Tree seemed to fit right in the middle niche for a home owner. He was affordable and his prices made sense. He said as to what he would do. He was willing to work with me on ideas to reduce the price. It was not a minor project because the oak tree was ten stories high. I had people who were willing to take the wood instead of him hauling it away and throwing it in a landfill. Some other service providers did not want others to get involved but he was willing to, which cut my price by a third if not by half and let these guys take the wood away. He did what he was supposed to do. I would not let people come back here again if they did not do what they were supposed to do.
