+ -1 moreLois tried to talk us through fixing the blind over the phone, but when it was obviously beyond our capabilities we scheduled an appointment. Lois arrived early and was able to replace the broken part and make the blind functional again. Further, she called Hunter Douglas and asked them to send button bottoms and cord stops that had broken over the years (we have 17 blinds). My previous attempts to work with the Hunter Douglas store in Camp Hill were a disaster. They suggested we remove the blind, bring it to the store and they would send it to HD - we would get it back in about a month! Nor did they tell me HD would replace the broken cord stops, instead recommending I fix them with a piece of tape. I'm so glad I can now go to L&L for window treatments - they are knowledgable and helpful.
Description of Work: The mechanism on one of our Hunter Douglas blinds froze up so that the blind could not be moved up or down.
