 + -1 moreAll went well. They scheduled a time to measure and get an estimate then the nice receptionist called with the information. I paid half when the window was ordered and the remainder when it was installed. The guys doing the installation were friendly, prompt, and efficient. I was pleased.

Description of Work: I had the expensive Ambassador windows installed in my house in the mid-90's, but 6 of the panes fogged, and Ambassador went out of business a few years ago. So much for their "Lifetime guarantee". I researched getting new windows with Champion and Castle, but I had a revelation. Why would I go through the expense and mess of buying entirely new windows, if all I needed were getting the window panes replaced in my existing windows? I remembered that Kreamer Glass had replaced one of my Mom's window panes last year, so I gave them a call. They said that they could measure my existing windows, and make replacement pane units to fit them, with double glass insulated with Argon gas. The Ambassador windows had a solar shield film in them, but Kreamer didn't offer that. Kreamer came out and measured 6 of my existing windows, and came back about a week later to install the replacement glass in them. The quality of the replacement panes are good, and the cost was only about $120 per window unit, which is much below what I would have paid for a totally new window installation. I am very happy with my experience with Kreamer Glass.

 + -1 moreWe had a basketball backboard made to replace one that was broken. The cost was $200, which we accepted. The corners were not finished as requested and in hindsight, we should have just gone to Lowe's to have a piece cut. Our fault for accepting the price and not knowing there were more options. Just felt like they were a business that has enough customers, so if you like what they have, fine, and if not they won't lose any sleep.

 + -1 moreThey came right on time and were very efficient. They got it done within the hour. I thought it was going to be several panes of glass with a bar inbetween them, but they said that wasn' t the case. I had another company come out that spent an hour with us that felt like a timeshare lecture. The quote was very expensive and they recommended a very high price energy effienct window. Kramer worked with us and gave us a better price. It only took 10 minutes. It was a great experience and a pleasure to have them install our windows.
Description of Work: They installed a door window and glass window in our back bedroom that was broken when we bought our home.

Description of Work: Kreamer Brothers Glass workers were very professionsl providing their service. They were very rager to satified me in providing me with the services I was requesting. I broke a glass on my very large coffee table. It was a special glass called ( Babel). It had to be send out to be cut and they promise that I would have it back within 2 weeks. They fullied their promise. It was a great pleasure dealing with Kreamer brothers Glass and I would give them an A rating.

 + 0 moreI was completely satisfied with the mirror that was cut and my experience with Kreamer Glass.
Description of Work: I had a mirror cut to replace an old one from a china closet. They quoted me a price on the phone, told me to drop off the old mirror for a pattern. The price was what was quoted and they where able to cut the mirror while I waited. They where friendly and professional, answering questions about other jobs I may have completed. I would recommend them for glass/mirror cutting.

During the initial site visit Kreamer Brothers representative Toby made suggestions that solved this problem, and fulfilled our aesthetic requirements. The finished product and installation exceeded our expectations.
