+ 0 moreThe owner of Knight security, the same person that did the original installation, the Sales man and the installation technician inspected the system and discussed it among themselves. They then gave me a proposal that included the hardware and 8 hours of installation labor. That turned out to be a gross underestimate even though three knowledgable people including the original installer as well as the present installer, the sales man and the president of the company. i was charged an additional 9 hours of labor. Of course I had no choice as this time to accept the charges as the system was not functional. So, beware of labor estimates, once the work has started it needs to be finished in order to be fully functional and there is not much you can do about additional charges.
Description of Work: The provider removed an outdated system board and installed a new security system board utilizing the old hard wired door/window switches as well as the glass breaks, fire alarm monitors and the motion detectors.

+ 0 moreI was very pleased. They arrived on time, completed the job within the given time frame, and were very friendly throughout the process. Everything was clean when they left and in working order.
Description of Work: Knight installed a security system at my house which including securing all windows and doors. They installed glass breaks and smoke detectors as well.
