+ -1 moreOverall displeasure with agency. Agent unable to stay on track with our needs, outstanding items we needed. Very disappointed and would never use them again. I needed to be my own advocate and follow-up on details that I believe should be the responsibility of the agent.

+ -1 moreWe had our home listed for sale and had received only one offer. We switched to Jack Gaughen and the offer was acceptable in a week or two. They did a great job. They are actually still working with us. We are in the process of accepting the offer and selling the house, so I cannot say enough about the girl who helped us, she did great.
Description of Work: Jack Gaughen Realtor is my real estate agents.
