Very professional. Replied to information emaill with a reasonable quote (which was lower than two later quotes). Came the same day to inspect the job and lowered the quoted price. Completed work on my schedule, qualitiy materials and workmanship with the job done exactly as I wanted it to be. Will recomend them to anyone!

The gutters went up without a problem, but I had a second job that I waited over a month to get completed. Once finished the job looked good, but lack of communication on J&D's part frustrated me.

Justin called me within 5 to 10 minutes of my placing my project on Service , Arrived for our scheduled appointment to give me an estimate for the project as promised and emailed me a bid within 48 hours and that was because he came on Saturday morning to look at what needed to be completed. The work was completed within 3 days of my returning the signed estimate. I was very satisfied and satisfied with the responsiveness of not only Justin but of the other two companie who were a match for my project. JandDGutters provided the best bid. I've since used Service Magic to find a contractor for another project.

He was personable, he took his time to explain, when he came out to bring the samples of color I was broken down at the mall and he came out to the mall to show me the samples. He told me what it would cost, when he could get it done, he almost held my hand to help me through the process. He did a wonderful job. The gutters looked beautiful and the perfect color. I wish he could do more things. He does everything well. I am very impressed. Justin is a Blessing!!

They came right away - just before the storm. Quick quality service!

I created my project on Friday and was called the same day. I have gutter covers and my gutters were overflowing. He stopped by the same day to give me an estimate to fix the issue. He noticed they were badly clogged and offered to clean them now. I jumped at the offer as it was the day before hurricane Irene was predicated to hit. I'm very impressed by the speed at which they were able to go from an estimate request to fixing my problem.
