I initially contacted HiDef lifestyle in November of 2013 to get some ideas. The install manager came over, in time, very professional. He listened to what I was looking for, came up with some ideas which I thought were a good solution to my needs. I did not install right away due to other home needs, but when I did call them back in Feb 2014 to install, they were very polite, came back our again as I had modified my needs. Again, on time, professional. No hard sell. No adding on other stuff I didn't ask for or need. They installed almost everything on the day promised, but ran into some issues with a mounting bracket that required them coming back again. They work very cleanly - no mess while or after they work. Install was as promised. They are not cheap, but their work is clean. They products are all "high end", but they seem to be willing to use whatever you provide. The best thing-no hard sell, friendly guys, and great end product.
