Arrived on time and did good job. Have used them many times in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. Probably not going to be the cheapest, but will do good work.

The technician came over and measured the window pane. Within a reasonable amout of time (an hour or more), the window was fixed. He removed the broken glass and replaced it with the same type of glass. The technician did a great job.

The windows they worked on were dual pane. Everything that they did was fine. We have used them a couple of times. They did the work well, they came when they said they would come out, they made sure to measure the glass before ordering, and their price wasn't too bad.

They were very professional and offered suggestions to improve on my initial instructions on how I wanted it installed. They arrived on time and did a thorough clean up when work was completed. I have also used them for siding installation and would highly recommend them.

Everything was fine and I didn't have any problems. The door openers have held up well. We did have an issue once but they came out and fixed it right away.

I have used them several times in the past, which was why I used them again this time. There were two people that did this job. The work turned out well. Unfortunately, they told me they are no longer doing residential work. Sometimes they can be slow when it comes to inquiring about an estimate or the work that has to be done. Aside from that, they do fine work.

They did a very, very nice job. The guys were really experienced and neat and tidy. The system worked the first time, which doesn't always happen with those systems. The price was right in line with their competitors and I believe their work was even better.

This was the second time this particular service was required. The first experience went well, as I remember. The second experience, I felt that I was overcharged--as I recall, the charge was about twice the charge as before. What I remember was feeling good about the serviceman doing an "extra service" by oiling all of the parts of the door, which I thought was a nice added touch, but unnecessary. I remember feeling cheated by looking at the bill and seeing an extra, itemized charge for this service (perhaps an extra $10), which I did not request. I remember thinking that I would never hire this company again unless it was an emergency. I did not file any complaint about this, but simply paid the invoice and moved on. The following "report card" is based on my memory of a service call from years ago, and may or may not reflect how I felt at the time. For example, I do not remember how long it took from my initial call to the time a repairman appeared. I have not had any problems with the garage door spring since that service call, and have no reason to think that the parts used were anything but of the highest quality.

I was very happy with their work. They did a good job. They took out the old window and installed the new one. They had to measure and then order the glass. The entire process took a couple weeks from measuring to installation.

They installed all the windows in about one day. They are dual pane windows, but the seal in the dual panes failed and I began seeing moisture between the panes. I ended up having to pay to have that replaced. They said the manufacturer went out of business, so I would have to pay to have these windows with defects replaced. They didn't give any indication that they were willing to stand behind their work. Another has a film on the inside but I'm not going to pay to have this replaced as well. The storm doors on our home were from Hershocks, but they have some sharp edges that should have been filed down. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Everything was done as agreed and they were prompt in getting here. They gave me a quote and didn't deviate from it.

They took out the old and replaced them all. They are phenomenal. They service all the doors and windows and they are excellent and consistent. They are very good! Most recently, they replaced glass in our sliding glass doors. Their prices are extremely reasonable and always consistent. I have never noticed any staff turn-over, and they are always very respectful and friendly.

They did the job that needed to be done on time and within budget. The garage door had powered up and was stuck. They knew exactly what needed to be done. Their pricing is a little high but they are a good company.

The work was fine and the door was put in properly but there was a panel that was dented. They sent for another one, but when that one came back, it was dented too! They sent for another one. Now the panel we have doesn't match the door and it has become more apparent. I did have them come out and look but there was nothing they could do. However, the door works fine.

We were very pleased with them. In fact, they have come out to do adjustments. They were very professional and could come out in a short period of time. They got out here within a day or two. They found the problem very easily. Their pricing was reasonable. If I ever needed a garage door in the future, they would be the first people I would call.

When I called them when we thought our garage door was broken, they worked with us to repair the door rather than replaced it. The garage door is an integral part of the architecture so I appreciated this.

They did a great job on the first time and I called them back because we couldn't get our garage door open. They sent two men. We had them fix one broken frame but then they sealed other windows and oiled the garage door, which we did not ask for. We were then charged for these extra jobs. It was a BIG bill, it was at least twice as much as we were expecting.

Scheduling works perfectly and they always accommodate us. We have used them several times. They go out of their way to make sure the work is done is correct. The people that come out are very congenial. They are always right on the dime and here on time. Most recently, there was an issue with leakage under the door. They replaced the rubber mat and I also asked them to make sure everything was tightened while they were here.

The final bill was right on target with the estimate. The price was very fair. I had used them in the past and was pleased then as well. They were very dependable and I even refereed them to friend.
