Description of Work: My Heat Pump's outside unit was making a noise. Which was audible inside the wall adjacent to it, but couldn't be heard outside.

+ -1 moreDon the service manager personally came out to troubleshoot my problem as we have a specific model of boiler that is rather difficult to work on and apparently not many in the field. He called the manufacturer from our basement and the part was on the way. HB McClure employees have always been competent and very professional. We have used them on many projects and always satisfied.
Description of Work: Trouble shoot a boiler problem when it is run off of the generator.

+ 0 moreIt was fairly cheap. On responsivness, they come out really quick. I might look around, but I would probably end up with him again.
Description of Work: Previously they had done some plumbing and electrical work. They came back to repair part of the plumbing problem with a new toilet I had put in. I had the old 5 gallon toilet taken out. The 1 1/2 gallon toilet sucked more air than the 5 gallon. So they had to come out the air line. One guy came out to do that work. It took him a few hours.

He was very pleasant, went right to work and had the proper-sized filter with him plus an extra one that was promised last season. The visit was covered by a basic maintenance contract which was $120 paid earlier this year.

He cleaned all the filters and checked the branch box up in the attic. He answered the questions I asked relating to the systems and cleaned up any debris, even though I told him that I was going to vacuum.
