Steve arrived early and went right to work. Wore shoe covers because of the rain today. Explained everything to me before finishing.

Service Technician Dan Tress was great. He was knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He suggested and implemented a minor work-around between my oil burner and the hot water heater that will probably save me some money in the long run. I would definitely request him again for future service work.

Very well. He fixe the problem but was not sure if it would occur again. However, any more repair work (e.g. replace parts) would be guesswork at best, so we decided just to monitor the operation of the furnace. Greg and Andy were very responsive to my call. JGG

Technician Brian S. was here for original visit to look at problem and needed to order part. He also was the one that came back & replaced the part. Brian was very good, informative, personable & proficient both visits. It did take almost 2 weeks to get the part because of type of control on/off the shower has.

Their employees are all exceptional and professional. I will not deal anywhere else. Why should I when they can cover many of my household issues - plumbing, HVAC and electrical

The technician was very thorough. He removed some kind of black growth on the unit and suggested a UV lamp to prevent the growth in the future. He gave a tip on when to replace the return vent filters.

We are very pleased with the service from HB McClure. The same tech not only diagnosed and repaired the problem, he took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and respectful, and by the time he left, the repair was done well and done right.

He checked everything, explaining it to me as he went. I have a much better understanding of pervertive maintenance than before and learned how it is cheaper to fix or prevent a problem during a service call than to call for another or an emergency trip.

They would not work with me to replace a top of the line Bock oil fired hot water heater which failed after only 4 years. I found out they had never checked the anode rods even though I was on their premier service plan for the life of the heater. They would not agree to check the rods in the future. What they did do was drop me! The company now is very predatory and is only interested in making money and not providing premier service to customers.

Nick did a great job. Explained everything, replaced wiring that other contractor had done incorrectly (wrong gauge wiring and spliced into old circuitry). He also set up a new circuit for my over the range microwave oven and labeled the circuit box accordingly. I felt very comfortable with his work, especially since I was fairly sure the other contractor had made some errors.

System was adjusted appropriately and seems to be O K.

The technician assigned to the task arrived at the time he was scheduled, went right to work, and finished his work within the time estimated for the job. He explained to me in some detail what he had tested and the problem he had corrected (addressed and corrected a noise problem with the air filtration system). He also explained how I could improve the air quality by modifying the current system. Bryan D. worked quietly and efficiently while I continued to work on an assignment online. All in all, a very positive experience.

Nick arrived around 8:00 a.m. I spoke to him a few days prior and he explained the installation of a new electric panel box and wiring. He removed the old wiring and panel box and installed the new. His work was neat and efficient and it took him about 6 hours to complete. He showed me the new installation and explained how to open the new box and what to do if a panel should trip. I feel relieved that our electrical wiring is now up to code and our home is much safer.

Problem was diagnosed within 2 minutes of arrival. Bill tracked down the part, drove and picked it up, returned and installed and hear was back on line. Bill was extremely friendly and professional and I highly recommend Bill and HB McClure for future services. This is the second time they have assisted on an emergency basis and both times the issues was resolved efficiently and professionally. This is a really great company to work with as they are employee owned and their service is reflective of that. Each person I have had encounters with from the propane installers to, billing and reception have been a delight to work with.

Found the problems and explained how to fix them throughly.

The plumber called and warned me the price was higher on weekends. He gave me an estimate over the phone and the actual price match the lowest estimate. he spent several hours draining the water so he could get to a clean out. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.

Service went very well. Al easy to communicate with especially regarding the duct work. His suggestions on things I could do regarding the air cleaner were helpful. Appreciated his service and assistance.
